How do you get Dental Masters to stop calling you? They have called several times, which the last two times I told them I moved. The Last time, I asked them to please note that I don't live in California anymore, but yesterday 9/29, I get a voice message from Ashley that I have an appointment on 10/1/24 at 4pm.

Dr. Christina Duong is the best dentist by far ? She was gentle, patient and explained everything to me. I appreciated how she made sure I was okay and heard out my concerns. The way through trauma is to have more positive experiences and I feel like I got over my fear of the dentist today. I did a prep for a crown and partial crown and it was easy peasy. 10/10 recommend! I told her she had an Angel's Touch✨

I wanted to take the time to give Dr. Christina & staff recognition. First off Dr. Christina is by far the very best dentist I've ever had and I've had a few. She was on time getting to me, she explained everything perfectly, she was gentle to the point where my whole procedure was painless, she kept asking if I was ok... I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Christina you are amazing "THE BEST"
I also want to recognize her assistant Ariana she was gentle great as well.
My hygienist Lisa she gentle friendly professional explained everything as well she's awesome. I also want to mention Giselle in the front reception. She was smiling welcoming the minute I walked in the door. I was a lil uptight coming in, but it made me feel good to walk in and be greeted so kindly. There was one other person I encountered that day unfortunately I didn't catch her name, she helped go over cost, she was also very nice and helpful. So thank you all for such a great experience. I really hope the owners, your bosses read this review and a copy of this review on Yelp and give you the recognition you all deserve. The type of service you all provide is what makes a business successful and you all should be considered great assets to the team.

My boyfriend recommended this place and i love it? after a few visits they remember you without needing to look at your chart and are always very friendly! Always answer any questions and wont ever make you feel like a burden. Any time anyone asks, i recommend them here!

This place gets me every time in every visit. ? always asking for more money above insurance with throughout a heads up every single time. They never fail. Once I went in for a deep cleaning and they went to every room asking for 200$ for gum medicine. They were selling it like ice cream at least ask over the phone. Even today's visit I was supposed to get wisdom teeth pulled. I called off work, I went to buy soups/jello/pudding etc. Spent money time. Cleaning prepping for this weekend and procedure To just walk in and ask to pay extra. The money is not the problem. its why didn't you say anything before. They call everyday like the telemarketing people do to confirm appt. You would think they could speak up on extra money that insurance won't cover.... I called the manager and asked for my file to be deleted I won't nothing to ever do with this place ever again.

The lady who does the ex-rays is very sweet?

Dental Masters in Downey is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. They are very friendly. The receptionist seem to really care about you and your dental health. They try to help you save as much money as they can. I’ve had my wisdom teeth extracted, a bone graft, and fillings done, and all the work that was done was very affordable. The dentist there are very gentle and they know what they are doing. I am currently in the process of getting braces and I feel like I am getting the best price possible in Los Angeles. I live in the South Bay and the prices for dental work there are much more expensive then at Dental Masters. I really recommend this dentist. Their technology is up to date, their technology is a lot better then most dentist. X-Rays are normally uncomftorble but at Dental Masters X-Rays are a lot easier.

I give it 5 stars due to there professional insight of knowledge on whatever it may be regarding to your pain, ask you questions about when it occurred or when it happened? , very friendly staff, always called me to check up how I am doing, and send text reminders for appointments so you won't forget so I would recommend if you need any dental work stop by here. Mina is also one of the best hygienist I would recommend.

I when in for a deep cleaning the hygienist was awesome didn't feel any pain. The girl's in the front desk are all so sweet and friendly! Specially Ofelia she always helps me slove my essues.That is really hard to come by these days! Would highly recommend this location.
