Dental on Central

I went into DOC to get all four of my wisdom teeth out. I was extremely nervous that my blood pressure was high, but the staff were extremely supportive and understanding. They did everything to help me relax and not be scared. Once it went down, Dr. Santoro and his assistant began extracting my wisdom teeth. They made me feel so comfortable and made me laugh while they were taking them out. I was surprised on how long it took to take them out (under an hour). Both Dr. Santoro and his assistant were amazingly kind. Thank you both so much!

Our 27 year old with extreme special needs, received the utmost care and consideration yesterday. From beginning (initial exam) to yesterday’s procedures performed, my husband and I felt our son and his dental health were being well cared for. Thank you VERY much to Dr. Herro, to the great anesthesiologist, and those assisting. Professional, informative and kind. Highly recommend!

We have a “special” daughter & she requires a “special” dentist. Over her 30 years we’ve had many dentists but none come even close to the positive care that she receives at Dental on Central. From the front office staff to the assistants & dentists her care has been exceptional. Everyone is caring, patient, professional and great at communicating with us what they are doing and why. We highly recommend Dental on Central especially if you have a loved one that requires a little extra!

I had a great experience with the dental hygienist—the service was excellent. However, my interactions with the reception staff were less than ideal. They seemed uninterested in engaging beyond minimal conversation, both in person and over the phone. Perhaps I was unlucky enough to speak with the same person multiple times, but one instance stood out when I called with a question, and the response was simply, ‘we don’t do that.’ A bit more courtesy and attentiveness would go a long way.

Dental on Central was a very positive experience for my adult son who is on the spectrum and has bad anxiety. He had to have a root canal done under anesthesia. They were very positive, explained everything to him and I, seemed very genuine about the care they provide. The next day my son was having chest pain and I called the office to see if this was normal after anesthesia. The Dr. called me right away and was genuinely concerned and asked me to take him to urgent care to be checked out.She followed up with us the next day to check on him.I would definitely recommend Dental on Central.

I had a very good experience with Dental On Central… It was very easy to schedule an appointment online, even as a new patient. The tech (Brooke) that was assigned to me was extremely professional, and very friendly. She walked me through every step of the way, so I knew what was going on. Both dentists were very nice and each took the time to sit with me and review my options. At check out, I also had a good experience… My next steps were spelled out very clearly, and pricing was broken down, along with options as well. I would highly recommend Dental On Central.

Did you ever had a good time at a dentist ? Besides a bit of a wait this was the best experience i called at 7:30 got seen as 8:30 was out by 10 and my extraction was the next day everything went smooth the staff was wonderful the doctors were efficient and it had good music which definitely calmed my nerves they tale lots of insurances and have payment options i have already refereed 2 people here i had and emergency and was taken care of extremely well thanks all! Yawl are rock stars !
