My first experience with Dental Partners Dawson of Albany was a very pleasant one. The facility is inviting like being welcomed into your family member's home. The grounds are clean, and is nicely landscaped. The inside is clean too, and beautifully decorated.

The front staff are pleasant, and and answered questions with a smile. The assistant, Q, is pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and practiced good hygiene! He and Dr. Patel graciously laughed at my corny jokes. Like the staff, the doctor is pleasant, kind and gentle. I may do another review after she does my extraction this morning.

To top it off, my consultation appointment, and procedure appointments were scheduled expeditiously, plus services are affordable.

After two years of moving to Albany, my husband and I may have found our new dental office!

Always a pleasant experience during my visits at Dental Partners. Got the privilege to experience one of the best today. A blast from the past. An assistant from my former Dentist from long ago. One of the best. Retiring this week and will be sadly missed. Wishing you the best!

The atmosphere is captivating! Kayla is the best hygienist I’ve worked with in years! So gentle and very kind hearted. Dr. Vargas detailed info for me about my teeth I never knew. I’ll definitely be returning for dental care here!

My visit to Dental Partners was OUTSTANDING. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and care. I had the pleasure of having Ms. Summer do the cleaning of my teeth. She made sure I was comfortable, and she took her time and made it painless. She also made sure I was good with my next visit and set up for my next visit. I give her 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Great job. All the other staff was just as pleasant.

This is our first visit to the dental partners on Dawson Rd. They will now be our dentist. I am currently in a wheelchair and they had a wonderful entrance for those in wheelchairs, which made me feel really good especially since we have currently been in the snow storm 🥴Amy took care of me and Summer took care of my husband and both were very good experiences. Very very pleased with the customer service…. we have already booked our follow up appointment…🌞

Firstly I want to say Dr.Hudson & his hygienist was amazing! The front desk staff could use some trainings on customer service & etiquette no greeting, no eye contact nothing. I was quoted one price for my out of pocket cost before my appointment I got there & the amount increased after my visit. The office manager didn’t apologize for the miscommunication or anything upon leaving I tried canceling my next appointment with the front desk unwilling to help she pointed back to the office manager. Very weird environment in the front needs some vibrant, customer oriented staff up front especially with how pricey the office is. I was overly satisfied with the care from the Dentist & Hygienist but the front office staff needs to be on one accord with out of pocket costs & welcoming customers.

My doctor was professional and courteous. I also liked the hygienist. After the hygienist finished, my doctor was prompt and comprehensive in seeing me. In addition, I was pleased that he didn't try to attach a lot of extras to my dental care just to make money. As for the care, it was great. However, my doctor spoke more to the hygienist than to me concerning what he diagnosed as the care that I needed .
