I went to this practice a few weeks ago. The oral surgeon & some assistants were extremely condescending and rude. Some of the other assistants were very sweet though.

For starters I’m Going To Be Completely Honest The Customer Service I Received from this Place of Business Was Not At All Customer Service, The Manager of The Office was Rude Over the Phone and In Person.. The Dentist That was supposed to be doing the work on my child’s mouth was Rude and Getting mad that I’m asking questions because he was going to break the work down in 4-5 sessions to fit other people on his one day that he is in there, which is understandable… As im asking Questions he starts to get upset and annoyed telling me I’m making him uncomfortable, and that I should just take my child to have her work done by someone else’s because he didn’t want to do the work in the first place also that it was a lot of work… I’m a Single Mother of 1, whom works and takes care of everything by myself so I understand all the responsibilities and appointments of one to have to deal with especially at one time but not giving the generally concerned parent attitude for asking questions.. my overall experience was trash 🗑️ and I only gave one star for the simple fact is that the dental assistants were understanding especially Jordy on why I was asking questions to the doctor Jordy would get 5 stars from me to the Dental Assistants in this office Keep Up the great customer and good work… And to the doctor and manager of this office don’t look down your nose to people you don’t know, I’m a highly educated black woman with enough sense to know when someone is being intellectually smart mouthed and sarcastic with me… yall ain’t the only ones with degrees find someone else to play with… Have a great day and happy holidays to you all.

I must say this is one of the best children's dental office experience we have ever had. We drove 5 hours to get my 6 year Old teeth taken care of. The staff is amazing. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, they are quick and efficient. Dr was amazing and spoke to us like humans and acknowledged our questions and concerns.. explained everything well and seem to really know how to handle children. As a pediatric specialist should.
We have had some very unreal experiences with the kids dentist.. what a breath of fresh air and we will def be returning. Thank you!!😉

I just want to say that my experience was phenomenal! And that is all thanks to Crystal! I had the best experience getting a deep cleaning by her. She took her time, she was very professional, efficient and attentive! I’ve had deep cleanings before and they were very painful but she has changed my views on dental care because she really does CARE! I will never forget that experience! Amazing service, my kids love this place. The staff is super sweet and took care of all of our needs and answered all our questions. The doctors were gentle with my kids and talked us though the procedures step-by-step. My kids normally are afraid of the dentist, but we had no issues here! I also scheduled my appointment here for OS and had a great experience. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff and Dr. Kohan are always incredibly understanding and accommodating to me and my child's needs. My Child has a myriad disorder that makes even a simple cleaning a thing of worry but they listen to my concerns and try their best to prevent any complications. Belinda (cant remember last name) always reassures me and has a way of soothing my dental phobia when i arrive. The entire front desk are also incredibly polite with a very friendly attitude. I took my son who has Autism here and everyone was vary helpful and vary patient with my son taking there time to deal with him even while he was throwing a fit they where vary calm with him giving him stickers and saying how good he was. Everyone there from the front end desk to the actual dentist was vary patient and just overall a great dentist expierence. I would definitely recommend this place...

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter in July, the soonest available was 8/17. Wasn’t excited about waiting a month for an appointment but decided to stick with it because this is the office she went to last time. Told the receptionist that I would be sending her in with my mother in law when getting my appointment reminder because I just had a c section. They told me that I would have to come I. To sign a note in order to allow her to do that. I’m disappointed that I’ve waited a month to find that the dentist absolutely refuses to see her if I don’t do such. As I am currently very unavailable, my husband is working, and my daughter has been there before, I was hoping they would work with me. They will not allow me to come in with my newborn and my older daughter that has the appointment. The lack of communication and willingness to work with people has frustrated me enough that I will not be returning to this office.
