I attended this dental practice today, due to their sister practice being closed during the Xmas period.
It was an emergency appointment &
I was treated with first class service from the receptionist the moment I walked in.

To my surprise my dentist today was Dr Muhammad who was my own dentist years ago, who worked in 1 of their sister practices, & It was a delight to see him after many years.

He carried out the procedure & I left happy & extremely grateful.
I would highly recommend this dental practice.

First of all thank you for giving us emergency appointment on the day. I can understand the situation through which now a days healthcare is going through but that doesn’t mean you treat your patients with utter non professional ways. I had been in your croftfoot dental practice this afternoon for excretion of my wife’s infected back jaw tooth. The doctor (Mr Rafay) who deals with us was totally nonprofessional with his pathetic behaviour. Totally nonsense about patient situation and her dental history with your practice talking like just an idiot, in very small room his pitch and volume was very loud and rude. I know my complaint will not affect your practice business but I will try my best to make people aware of your practice and your non professional doctors disturbing attitude until you fix them. Health care facilities shouldn’t only heal patients but also be there to put them at ease mentally. However your doctor (Mr Rafay) was so rude and disrespectful, completely disregarding us and only doing what he thought fit. This is completely unacceptable and we won’t stand for this.
The Doctor who dealt with us Dr Rafay, we’ve never had him before and frankly don’t want him ever again. I hope this complaint will be taken into consideration and you will deal with it and let him know that he is there to treat patients and put them at ease not just shout and do as he pleases.

A wonderful dental practice. Paula is an absolute star, a really warm and friendly person who enjoys a good chat and a bit of a laugh.
She's an excellent dentist as well, and the dental nurses are all good at their jobs and have an equally warm personal manner.

If I've had a problem it's been dealt with easily.

I have never experienced such a shocking service. Told me I was deregistered at the practice because I went to another dentist. THEY sent me to their sister practice in Sinclair drive during covid and apparently that's were I'm registered now. The receptionist is very cheeky and arrogant. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Horrible Admin Staff & Prices Totally Rip-Off

They charged my wife £190 for a small canine white tooth filling, and they tell me the prices have gone up. I myself did 2 white tooth filling a couple of months ago and they charged me £100 each. Another issue is that my wife had a toothache and she spoke with the dentist about it and they agreed that he would refer her to a dental implant clinic in Kilmarnock, who would contact her with an appointment . Two weeks later, there was nothing whatsoever from Kilmarnock. I contacted the clinic in Kilmarnock after my wife’s toothache was unbearable, and, guess what, they told me no referral had been made and that we needed to speak with Croftfoot again. Anyway, throughout all that time my wife was in severe pain. They dentist said he had put in the notes that she needed to be referred. Obviously, that tells me that the admin staff should have done the referral, which they did not. And the result was that my wife being in pain. So, I recommend that you don’t go near them if you are a private patient, maybe they are different with NHS patients; my horrible experience is based on the fact that I am paying privately and they wanted to rip us off. I contacted my old practice and asked them how much it costs for a white tooth filling, and here is the answer “£85 per tooth be it deep or shallow” so, for the price my wife paid for that small canine. She would have done 2.5 teeth at our old practice. ‍♂️ Shame on you Croftfoot Dental Practice both dentists and admin staff ? and if there is minus stars I would have chosen it for you horrible unprofessional service ☺️

I’ve been with this practice for 3 years now & always had a positive experience, even when having a wisdom tooth extracted. All staff are helpful & friendly & the 2 dentists I’ve been treated by have both been highly skilled, kept my nerves to a minimum, explained each procedure & very pleasant.
