I went there to have help with one crown, another US doctor did quite bad. The service was wonderful and the crow works perfectly. Then I went for a cleaning, and now they asked to get 3 crowns more !!!
I dont understand how the a Swiss and geman dentist, dont think is necessary. Anyhow, i got another crow of my premolar, since the tooth had a large filling and it was chipped. I got a second opinion and there were in fact ways to restore it and avoid a crown.

In my last visit, we had an agreement that I would pay out of pocket and not get my insurance involved. However, not only did they charge my credit card, but they also charged my insurance an absurd amount, fabricating a reason to max insurance pay. Luckily I reviewed the EOB doc provided by my insurance which prompted me to call and square out “most” of the overcharge.
I’m super disappointed with this practice as I went there for a span of 2 years to deal with serious dental issues I was experiencing at the time.
I originally didn’t have insurance so I paid them a lot of money out of pocket. I was new to the area and desperate to get treated so I didn’t question anything. I recently moved cities and needed to find a new dentist + specialist whose service and prices have helped me realize that I was being price gouged by dental zone. I would have expected a lot more honesty and compassion, particularly for the pain and anxiety I’ve dealt with. I was so loyal to them too, recommending others to go there.

Dr. Kurosch Hatami is one of the best dentists who ever worked on my teeth. He & his assistant Diego are kind, knowledgeable, personable, gentle, skilled and very caring! They do fantastic and high quality dental work! They explained every procedure they performed on my teeth as well as took the opportunity to educate me, and I really do appreciate it. They are truly the best and I would highly recommend Dr. Kurosch Hatami & his assistant Diego!
