3 generations of our family have been patients here and we were always happy with our care. Unfortunately, the way we were treated at our last appointment was shocking. If you have children, don't take them here!

I was a patient here for almost 9 months, as I had multiple teeth removed and a full set of dentures developed for me. My experience of their team was exceptional. Not only was I treated extremely well and compassionately in all areas of care, the level of skill and dentistry involved was really A++. Their approach is truly client centered. Their office is run with a real team level of cooperation and integration, from the receptionist at the door to the assistants and doctors. The procedure I went through with them (dentures) was life changing and difficult for me. But they adeptly guided me in my choices and worked hard to assist me through this difficult transition. Today I enjoy smiling again, I wear a full set of dentures comfortably; and I consider myself lucky to have found them, and therefore able to write such a good review. They all did me a real big good, and I am grateful to them. Highly recommended. Go call them soon.

Dr. Nate and Kayla were AMAZING. I’ve hated going to the dentist all my life and my visit today was the best I’ve had in 53years. Everyone was helpful, welcoming, and front desk went the extra mile to help me understand my dental benefits. Best dental practice ever. Kayla is a phenomenal hygienist and was very thorough. If you are looking for a new dental office look no further ?

I highly recommend to everyone. I have always had a huge anxiety of dentists , and have not been able to find a dentist I trusted. I finally have found a dentist office that I truly trust. They are all amazing!!! Elaine answers and is so extremely helpful all of the Drs and assistants are amazing! Thank you all for everything.

5 stars does not even do them justice! They are at least 10 stars!! Fear of dentist be gone! Everyone at Beaver Dam and Waupun locations are so amazing and they genuinely care. All the receptionists are amazing, I first spoke with Elaine, who was genuine and took the time to ease my worries and explain the process. I saw Dr. Nate and first time Bri assisted, second time Lori assisted! They are all so wonderful, kind, caring, and funny. I would have a full set of teeth, if I started coming here sooner!
They have soothed my anxiety and fear of the dental chair!

I have not been treated so badly by a male doctor in a long time. I went in because I have a cavity that has been hurting for over two months, and after the dental hygienist took photos and X-rays of my sore tooth, the dentist came in with the most pompous and ridiculous attitude I've ever seen a male dentist wear and told me that he is not going to fill my "tiny cavity" and decided that my problem was caused by grinding my teeth, despite evidence of a cavity right in front of him. He asked me if that "made sense to me" but given that I am not a professional dentist and he was clearly trying to get rid of me, I felt that I didn't have a choice other than to agree. Also, frankly, after he had spent five minutes examining my teeth very roughly, I was no longer sure I wanted this man to work on my teeth regardless. I have waited over 2 months for an appointment that cost me $120 and achieved no results except irritating my cavity, and being told to go buy an over the counter tooth guard at Walgreens. Even the dental hygienist clearly thought the dentist was wrong because she asked him again whether he would fill my cavity. I am disgusted and infuriated. I am looking for a new dentist right now. I'm disappointed that I had to learn the hard way how Dentistry of Wisconsin treats educated women.

Dr. Metzger made my appointment for a crown less painful than most cavities I have had filled. He is courteous, works quickly and with quality. His team is also extremely friendly. Their dental equipment is state of the art, and the facility is clean and bright. I highly recommend having your dental work done here.

In all my years of Dental Care (over 50 years) I've never been as satisfied with Dental Care as I am with Dr. Metzger and his team at the Dentistry of Wisconsin in Beaver Dam. The services provided by Dr. Metzger and his team are the best I have ever experienced. He quickly reacted to a recent tooth pain problem and worked me in for same day treatment. He even followed up with a personal call the next day to check up on how I was doing. You just don’t see this anywhere else. I highly recommend his clinic to anyone needing Dental Care.
