Our family has been using Dentistry On Queen for quite a few years now. The team has been attentive, caring and extremely compassionate with our family's dental care over the years. They are especially sensitive about cost, and clearly outline all procedures before proceeding with treatment. Whenever we need an emergency appointment, it is very easy to be seen. A wonderful practice in a great location.

Great dentistry office! Everyone was so nice and accommodating- I appreciated how all the staff go above and beyond to provide you the best care. The receptionist was so helpful in figuring out insurance and the best plan. The dentist and hygienist took extra time to explain the process, be gentle and made sure that whatever you’re in for is done the best that it can be!

I had a great experience at Dentistry on Queen! I was greeted warmly by the receptionists and my experience booking was simple and quick. My appointment was right on schedule, and various professionals helped me. They were all very friendly, helped guide and explain anything, and were very accommodating. Such a wonderful team at Dentistry on Queen! I first went for an emergency last year because they were the first office I called that did direct billing and could get me in right away.

They’re very sensitive about cost, non judgemental, and everyone is lovely to deal with, from the front desk staff to the hygienists to the dentists themselves.

I'm super impressed with the dental care I have received at Dentistry on Queen. The staff are all super friendly and helpful in dealing with my dental care and insurance company. They remembered me and asked how my daughter was doing on my recent visit. Free parking is provided and I have always been able to get a spot. It feels like a very tight group of people with a family-like atmosphere. I appreciate the lovely Margo ( hope I got your name right) who is super knowledgeable in more than just dental care. I had an amazing dentist in Yorkville, Toronto and I was afraid I would be unable to find a place I liked as much, but this Dental office has certainly exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the staff. Much appreciated!!

Had a great time at Dentistry on queen. Margo did an amazing job with my cleaning, and she was really efficient and took her time when doing it. The staff are really nice and respectful. Definitely would recommend!

The staff here are absolutely amazing. I am in Kingston for school meaning I did not have a dentist nearby so I came across Dentistry on Queen through Google. Every single person I interacted with were so kind and so accommodating; I was in a pretty big rush to get things done and they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get everything I needed done within 3-4 days. All of the staff are very personable and I felt incredibly welcome!! I highly recommend you go here, it genuinely was some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while, which isn’t something I usually expect from healthcare settings given how busy it generally can be. Thank you guys so much!
