My family and I have been patients here for a couple of years. We had been frustrated with them because they are always trying to upsell services (irrigation, laser, etc) but didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding a new dentist. But after today we won’t return and have canceled all future appointments. My husband has been in a lot of pain since Wednesday of last week and today the dentist said he needed a root canal. They referred us to an office that does this and he was scheduled for today. He took the day off work and again, was in a lot of pain. Well right before his appointment the office he was referred to and had an appointment with said our insurance is not in-network with them. So we proceeded to call Dentists at Ironwood Crossing back and asked why they didn’t let us know that we needed to check to see if the office they referred us to was in-network with our insurance. The receptionist was rude and could care less. So now he has to wait until Thursday to get the root canal while in excruciating pain. We won’t be returning.

I have been to this dentist office twice with both of my children. All for routine cleaning. I have to say the cleanings were rough, my children complained of how much pressure was used. I am a cash pay patient and they have a program that you pay yearly and it gives you a discounted rate on cleanings and any procedures that need to be done. After each of my children’s cleanings the dentist reported “flossing cavities” in my 14 year old and my 8 year old had a cavity. I found this concerning because my children had never had any cavities and we do cleanings routinely so I took them for a second opinion. The other thing I found concerning is after my daughter got her teeth cleaned a dental hygienist said to me “you can’t trust the dentist here”. After hearing that I was in shock. I made an appointment at another dentist office the following week to get the cavities filled that this dentist said my children had. It turns out there were no cavities. In short, I would get a second opinion if the dentist here is recommending treatment. I won’t be back because I don’t trust this dentist any longer.

I want to give a huge shout out to Amber, my hygienist today. I have a bit of white coat syndrome when attempting to go to the dentist which has caused me to not be able to get my deep cleaning done for the past two years. Well, today it finally happened! They are cleaned! Although my blood pressure was still a bit elevated, Amber made some adjustments to ensure she did not elevate it any more. Not only that, when I got home, Amber text me to see what my blood pressure reading was. Talk about going above and beyond! Amber is the exact person to have in the healthcare profession. Thank you again for caring so much!!!

The receptionists for this office are super nice and helpful.

Amber is an excellent hygienist! Very helpful, informative and most important gentle! She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and treating my gums.

The dentist are patient and helpful.

This office really tries to help you not price gouge. They find solutions not add on extra services.

The assistant who took my X-rays was quite pleasant as was the dental assistant. The dentist was encouraging (needed at my age). This is the same experience I had the first time I went there 6 months ago. The only bad-egg seems to be a front desk person who ran her words together and was frustrated at checking my insurance and kept calling me about my insurance not being verified. She frustrated me so much I just said, “Gibe, I’m never coming back,” she said “fine”! (Do much for retaining customers!) After a few weeks I called the manager and all was solved.

Great gentle and friendly service given during exam and cleaning. And covered by insurance! I will return in 6 months for another checkup. Jeweliana and Dr. Gutierrez were great. As a new patient I had a FULL set of X-rays and the tech was also fantastic. Front desk was courteous and helpful. ?

Initially did not intend on leaving a review but after reading some I felt compelled as some instances sounded similar. I initially was really happy with my hygienist (Jennifer) but once she left I was put with someone new. I believe her name was Alicia, but not completely sure. All I remember is that this experience was FAR different than my previous experiences. Jennifer was educational and gentle and this experience was the opposite. In a nutshell I was told that my mouth was far worse than the report I got 6 months prior and she began what felt like intense digging into my gums and teeth. I have a pretty high pain tolerance but it was very evident that I was in pain and she brushed it off. DESPITE this experience being what it was, I still got my wisdom teeth removed here and felt that experience went good which is why I gave 3 stars, but I have not gone back to this hygienist and have suffered with severe gum pain that I did not have prior to that day. Hope this helps others in our community. Receptionist team is lovely and I wish them well

Amazing staff from front end to procedure areas. Jeweliana was amazing in making sure I was comfortable and secured in my own dental anxiety from my own neglect. And she was patient and polite with me from the beginning, where I was very apprehensive and defensive in my demeanor. I am grateful for finding a place so close to home. And also grateful in how well it is to get my work finally done.
