Recently changed dentists due to insurance reasons. Excellent experience with Dentists of El Dorado Hills, all the newest, updated equipment including digital orbital x-ray imaging. Pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. The dentist was awesome, very informative and extremely thorough, the dental hygienist was gentle and also very thorough, each explaining exactly what they were seeing and doing as the checkup and cleaning process proceeded. Very satisfied, highly recommended.

I had an overall wonderful experience. Amazing TEAM that was extremely helpful and communicative by making sure I had what I needed for my appointment and future appointments. I can't thank them enough for the work they did on my teeth because it turned out perfect and more than I expected coming in for the first time for the work I needed to be done on my teeth. Prior to that, I had deep cleaning and again it was a wonderful experience. The love and care they put into their work is visible and very appreciated. Thank you for everything!

Wow! I had no idea what I was missing!
My first time here- I’ve never had a more thorough check up in my life! AND I’ve never had such a great experience with a deep cleaning!
My hygienist Nael was amazing! He explained everything as he went, he was gentle, caring and wanted the best for me! This is the best place ever !!!

It was wonderful! The doctor and all the hygienist are very professional, thorough, personable and they really put the patient first. I highly recommend this dental practice! It would be hard to find better service anywhere else.

This office is a part of a larger chain of dentists. I would not recommend going here if you’re looking for a personalized experience with a dentist. My appointment started 20 minutes late, but I was in the waiting room and listened to others who had appointments that ran at least 40 minutes late. I was there for over an hour and saw the actual dentist for less than five minutes who told me that everything my last dentist of five years has been telling me was incorrect and that I needed wisdom teeth extraction, and I had four potential cavities when I had just seen my prior dentist six months ago, who said everything was looking fine. I was charged a much higher price than I was initially expecting especially for a general cleaning and x-rays that should’ve been covered by insurance, as well as charged for fluoride, which I was not asked in advance, whether or not I wanted.

Dr. Petersen is great! She does great work and is very helpful with finding affordable and lasting solutions. Same day crowns are definitely convenient as well.

I highly highly highly recommend this place as I’ve had problems at a lot of other dentists. Nael did a very, very deep cleaning of my teeth and gums.I appreciate his willingness to understand my severe sensitivity to pain. Even though it was a difficult procedure, Nael made it as comfortable as possible. I’ve never had a great experience like this.

This is the best dental office i have ever been to and I’ve been to a lot. When you enter the office the front desk greets you with warm, caring, friendly smiles and it doesn’t stop there. I had a deep clean with Nael and he is the best hygienist ever. He made me very comfortable as he explained everything he did and everything I needed to do. Dr Kim did a thorough exam and took the time to explain all of my options and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this dental office for all your dental needs.
