Excellent service Kim Davis did such a good job cleaning my teeth she make me feel comfortable and is pretty gentle cautious all the time making sure I was ok with my sensitivity extra careful even give me some tips, Dentist and all the staff real friendly is an excellent team THANK YOU ALL! definitely recommend this place!

Had a great cleaning today by Kim. I really appreciate her professionalism and thoroughness. But more than that I appreciate how friendly and at ease I felt during the procedure.
When she found out that I had another appointment for a crown placement later in the day she was able to get me seen by the dentist right after the cleaning.
And much appreciation to Dr Sandu for fitting me in. She did a top notch job getting the fit just right.
As much as I do not cherish going to the dentist I am extremely happy with the whole staff and my experience.

I have been going to this dentist office for about 3 years now. Everyone is so friendly, personal, and genuinely cares. No one likes going to a dentist. But, at least here they have amazing customer rapport

Worst experience at a dental office EVER. Dental assistant was rude and extremely unprofessional, seemed like she didn't even know what she was doing and should go back to school. Dentist preformed unnecessary procedure. Wasn't aware of what they should be doing to my teeth. Assistant dropped bite guard in my mouth (careless, no bedside manner) Dentist administered shots to my mouth without the nitrous oxide like i had requested and then when i reminded her said "Ohhhhh" like she had completely forgot. Assistant took wrong Xray seemed confused on what treatment i needed done. Definitely did not review my chart even though i had a referral for a root canal. Assistant and dentist argued with me when I said i did not feel the nitrous, kept saying i was breathing through my mouth when i was NOT. I had made an appointment with them on a Friday and called to confirm my root canal the receptionist told me the appointment was NEVER MADE. I asked to get in anyways the same day I called, and told me they could only do a prepping for the root canal, this was a huge inconvenience for me since i had already taken work of to get the prepping and root canal done as promised. when i got there assistant didn't even know what to do asked me if i was there for an exam. Later dentist called me asking if i would come back to finish there, i declined and she never even apologized after i told her why i would not return.EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called to get an itemized statement of my treatment emailed to me TWICE! and they never sent it to me ! so I had to go into the office in person to pick it up. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I am telling EVERYONE i know never to go here.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Dentist of Santa Rosa and felt compelled to share my appreciation for the amazing team! Daylisha and Sheila were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism put me at ease throughout my visit.

Dr. Mindy was exceptional—she took the time to explain every procedure and answered all my questions thoroughly. Her expertise and gentle approach made my dental work much easier than I anticipated.

Overall, I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring and skilled dental team. Thank you, Daylisha, Sheila, and Dr. Mindy, for making my visit so positive

I definitely echo the sentiments of the other negative reviewers, this place is horrible! I would highly recommend going elsewhere. These people are a racket that lie, cheat and fleece patients for as much money as they can swindle out of you by falsely claiming treatments are necessary when they are not, severely over charging, and also charging for services that are covered by insurance but lying and saying they weren’t covered. On my first visit I clearly needed a crown for a severely chipped front tooth in which they convinced me I needed both or it will look bad, then I was sold their costly in house crown when it could have easily been sent out for way less, an option that was never offered. I was left sitting in the chair for over an hour after they had already ground my tooth out. On other visits I was also ignored and left sitting in the chair for a very long time without any excuses or apologies. There was also the bait and switch where they would have some trainee dentist come in when I was scheduled with the main dentist. Each time after the work was done I had to pay in full before leaving. I was also told I have other teeth that suddenly needed crowns soon. Every time I turned around they’re trying to convince me I need more crowns so I went to a different dentist for a second opinion and that dentist said there was nothing wrong with those teeth. They also charged for things that were covered under my plan and that nasty tyrannical office manager became hostile when I went in there to question the procedures and get printed copies of the work performed, she was extremely defensive and dismissive of my request rudely questioning why do I need them? Clearly these people are a despicable dishonest business and I can’t believe they haven’t been shut down yet. To top it all off the absurdity of their office leaving condescending comments with a clearly insincere “Oh I’m sorry you had that experience” for all the people that left a bad review. please go stuff it!! Your fake sentiments are an insult!!!

So happy I found this place! The office is clean and bright and every one is so nice and caring . I had asked the Dentist to work with me because I am retired and on a fix income and she really listened and helped come up with a budget so I can finaly get the help I need. Thank you Dentist of Santa Rosa!
