Terrible communication, phone tag to schedule, over priced, under equipped. Overall poor service.

Dr Laura Brown was my dentist here. She quoted me $7,000 for an implant that ended up costing $9000 and then broke after less than 18 months later.

This practice was sold to another dentist and I was never informed that Dr Brown had left. When I called to get an appointment they played phone tag with me. No one answered the phone.

I’ve been to see two dentists since who cannot fix the broken crown. I’m being told that the whole implant will have to come out and be replaced.

Stay away from these people at all costs.

I have been going to Dr. Olsen for over 2 years. I have had nothing but 10/10 service. Between his office in Denver to his office in Utah. I had problems after problem with dentist before I found Dr. Olsen. His staff from both offices are amazing. I would recommend this office for anyone. They are not in the business to rip people off. They are here to make people smile and have programs for anyone that walks in the door. Yes he is busy but when you are the best at what you do that’s what happens. But if you can work with them they will work with you. I had my upper teeth removed and had implants done. The process was easy anxiety free. The healing process was easy and very painless. The staff in his offices make sure you are comfortable and treat you like family and are very educated on what’s they are doing. I will never go to another dentist again. This place is forever dentist.
They are 💯 worth the visit. They will not only change your smile but your life. Thank you Dr. Olsen and team.

This office is amazing! I just finished and so happy with my new smile. Dr. Brown makes you feel so comfortable. She goes over all your options and helps you decide what is the best fit for you. I cannot tell you how much this practice and Dr. Brown has changed my life. I have severely complicated issues going on with my teeth. The first time I met Dr. Brown, I knew I was in the right hands after searching for months to find the right provider. I cannot believe how she really heard what I was saying, and understood the plight of my experience. She took ample time to go through my history, to go through the emotional history, attached to teeth issues, and to just be there for me, as I cried. The first treatment she did went amazingly. She was patient, she took her time, and I knew I wasn’t just someone that she needed to treat so she could go onto her next patient. And that
was years ago. I even trusted her with my own son although she does not specialize in pediatric dentistry. If you want the best dentist in Denver, go to Dr Brown .

Everyone is so kind and listen to your concerns. They do their best ability to meet those concerns. I am always greeted with a smile. I enjoy going to every appointment. An cannot wait until my next.spectacular visit!!! Almost finished and I’m so excited!!!
From that to depressed uncomfortable. What a waste of my hard earned money. They lost my records implanted on top of infection. My end result is big and makes my remaining teeth look horrible. I was told before I made two full payments in cash that it would care for a new and beautiful complete smile!! Far from it!!! When I’ve told them my concerns I was given whitening trays and sent on my way. Then told just keep coming in as it’s my second year and they will do what they can but I’m looking at another 8,000 dollars to give me the complete beautiful smile I had previously paid for. So heartbreaking. I wouldn’t Recommend going here unless you just like to give people your money that don’t care about you results as much as you do. 🥲

After speaking with the billing department they were totally understanding and really seemed like they care. They went ahead and took the $300 off my bill! Upgraded to 5 stars as although cosmetics can be expensive they are the best of the best plus Super friendly and professional.

Beware the hidden fees guys. I got one tooth veneer and it was $1371.70. Very expensive but they do a great job and everyone is friendly. A typical upsale tactic was done and I agreed as they are great at what they do. I will be getting my whole top row done. However, after paying in full about a month later I got a bill for $300 "I think" it was for cosmetic mockup.
Do the teeth not change and wont i need another cosmetic mockup in the future before the next appointment? I told them i would save up and get it done next year. I think they could have atleast split this cost as I believe they will want to do this again in 7 or 8 months...
They are very professional so i will talk to them and update this review but more than $1670 for one tooth strikes me as a bit expensive. Am I off base here?

At the very least dont send a bill a month later after your customer thinks they paid in full. It comes off as scamy, billing department needs to change this.

Im only 2 appointments in but I found them after 10 years w my old dentist and the 16th time one of my 4 veneers fell off. I was done.. I searched online and read all of the reviews for all of the top rated cosmetic dentists in Denver. i was ready to pay whatever it took to end my nightmare and find a new dentist that knows what he is doing and can help me. After reading the reviews I made the call, Meghan answered and was so happy to help me. not only did she empathize w me that my tooth had fallen off (again) but she was able to squeeze me in the next day. i was apprehensive when I arrived as my previous dentist had continuously tried to blame me for my veneers falling off saying i must be eating apples or grinding my teeth. walked in and was greeted by Meghan immediately. saying how happy she was to meet me…. filled out some paperwork… still feeling apprehensive and not wanting to be dental shamed. dentist came out… nicest guy!! did not blame me for anything told me what was wrong and what my options were. He was very clear not pushy. I normally don’t feel comfortable with anybody but my gut feeling was that he is the real deal and knows what he’s talking about. he reattached my veneer no dental shaming whatsoever. I paid for the service which was very reasonable and Meghan asked me if I would like an estimate for the new teeth that the dentist had suggested I said yes And was given a written estimate which was extremely reasonable! A week later I was back and he took my veneers off and put temporaries on, and I should get my new teeth in a couple of weeks. he also looked at pictures with me of what I like and really cared. I can’t wait to see what they look like, but he promised me if I’m not happy, he will have them remade. I feel safe and that Im in good hands. Total opposite of how my last dentist treated me for 10plus years. I never write reviews but these guys earned it. Definitely would recommend!
