Desert Ridge Family Dental

My husband and I have always been happy at Desert Ridge Dental! Every experience is pleasant and professional, but today I called early in the morning to see if they could fit me in for a crown that fell out. They could and did, and the work was impeccable as usual. I also found out I could call the service and get through directly to Dr. Gardea for this kind of quick-fix emergency. Now that’s great customer service!!

I had an amazing experience at Desert Ridge Family Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. The office is modern, clean, and has a calming atmosphere. The hygienist is amazing and explained everything step by step! Highly recommend!

She’s smart, kind, thorough & very pretty ☺️ My Husband ~ had a tooth break; Dr. Gardea was able to get him in & start the crown process! Very efficient & friendly! Very nice office. Very organized with all associates knowing their job. My hygienist was November . She is a very calm person and excellent at her job. I felt like she listened to my concerns as well as asking me questions on hers. She was very thorough and my teeth feel great..

Being a new patient I called for an appointment with Dr. Gardea and was blown away that they got me in the very next day. The front office staff are simply amazing and my bad for not remembering their names. They had all my info and approval from my insurance and explained everything. Appointment was at 10:00 and was seen immediately by a superstar Heather who was understanding of all my concerns, walked me through my issues and showed true kindness and caring. Then Dr. Gardea came in and was fantastic explaining everything again took the time to discuss all options and best steps going forward. Had to see a specialist for one issue and the front staff made the appointment for me within two days and for my follow up work needed with Heather was scheduling out over three months and Heather adjusted her schedule to get me in within a week because she understood my fears and the importance of what needed to be done. What a wonderful person. I would highly recommend and cannot say enough about this fantastic practice.

My first time here was Tuesday. I had woke up Sunday morning with an aching tooth. We called Monday to see if I could get an appt. As it turned out i had a fractured root in one tooth. So i returned today (Friday) to have the tooth extracted. On Thursday i happened to check out their website. Let me say,, everything they say in their website is true. They are very caring and friendly. There is no stress. Dr Gardea (Ben) and his whole team are focused on You, their patients ! Thank you, I’ll be back
