We saw a new Hygienist. She worked well with patient with cerebral palsy, like the last one. Dr is good with the patients too. Nice friendly office staff. We drive a long distance because no other dental office can work with the tilting wheelchair without complaining.

Christina, the hygienist was amazing with my son. She was engaging while also being so gentle. She doesn’t have children, other than her pug, but you’d think with the way she is with kids that she has a few of her own. Dr. Rainwater was a pleasure, as always, and the front desk lady was pleasant and took care of getting my son scheduled for his next appointment. Thank you.

The office staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. There was not a long wait to get an appointment and by the time I left, they had a detailed option plan and knew what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover. Dr. Rainwater was so personable and easy to talk to. He explained and showed me, on the X-ray, what he saw and thought I needed. No pressure just the facts of options I had. I highly recommend Desert Rose. One more thing, the office and exam rooms were very clean.

Desert Rose Dental is an answer to prayer. The office staff was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and understanding with our families special needs. From the minute we walked through the door until we left the building, every person we came into contact with was amazingly friendly, helpful and polite. The office was beautiful and the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. We felt like we were valued and respected. I can and will recommend Desert Rose Dental to all of our family and friends. I can trust them to take good care of our families needs.

Dr. Rainwater made a same-day crown for my sister. My sister has dementia and that is a challenge. Dr. R and his entire staff were very patient and kind yet professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

I saw Dr Rainwater for my tri-annual periodontal prophylaxis. The assistant was awesome and both were very gentle.
The office is very nice and in a convenient location.
I must note that the office staff, while very nice & courteous, are not adequately informed about the processes involved in Medicare Advantage or United Health Dual Complete insurance plans. I’m sure they will get that taken care of soon.
They also need chairs for shorter legged people.
Either way, I really like going there.

I came here after having a tooth break in half, they were so kind and understanding and their prices are very affordable. Everyone is super friendly and treats you like family. I highly suggest this dentist!
