I had to get an emergency root canal and to say that that experience was pleasant, should tell you a lot. I also had a crown done with them as well which came out great! The staff is so kind and understanding. They accommodated my POTS disorder as well. Just overall a great experience!

Since the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with an aura of amazing grace. All of the staff and I mean everybody always made the time being there like it was a place of sanctuary. Their professionalism and precision was on point. The type that you can only get when you love what you do. If you want your teeth taken care of in the best way possible then Desert Valley Dental Group is the place to be. It’s a most definite vibe. 5 stars no doubt

Dr Lee and hygienist Noel are the best. Not to mention all the assistants and front office. They all made me feel comfortable and listened. I was scared mess coming in. They did an awesome job! Highly recommend

July 2024, I was recommended to this location and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist office and staff. I initially went in for a tooth extraction and was persuaded into getting a bridge for the right side of my mouth. I received half done temporary dental treatment and was ignored and treated unfairly. I had to contact my insurance company due to fraudulent charges for the services. My credit card was charged a significant amount that I didn’t authorize and the same charges was charged to my insurance company. I had original receipt and paperwork from the initial charges. When I went back to correct the issues with the staff I was treated as if I’m deliberately incompetent. This experience has been traumatizing, disappointing, frustrating and untrustworthy. January 2025 the treatment was completed with no warranty for the treatment stated by the Doctor. My tooth was placed crooked. I was mistreated due to my age and race. How do you go in one way and leave with finished treatment and my mouth looks worst. I Will NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. The statements in this review are true and I have receipts to back all statements and safe Voicemail and emails, text messages.

My experience was horrifying to say the least. First of all I got to the point to where I got because of the fear I have for dentists. Well what I experienced while having my procedure done is exactly why I fear dentists and the like (oral surgeons). I wish they had given me the choice of gas or being put under. I was not and I blame myself for not insisting that I be put under. I was given gas which was supposed to relax me. Yeah right. I was NOT relaxed for one minute throughout the procedure. The surgeon knew I was panicking and all he could say is it's almost over, 3 more teeth, it's not that bad. He was not the one in the chair. He came in and explained what he was going to do. He gave me gas to relax me. What a joke that stuff is. I was so nervous that I was not at all relaxed throughout my procedure. Then he comes in and shoots my mouth up with numbing injections. OmG!!!! I lost count of how many he gave me but those hurt so bad. By that time my heart was ready to burst out of my body from the nerves and anxiety I was feeling. I can go on but bottom line is his bedside manner left little to be desired and made me feel as I was just more money in his pocket than a real human being with fears of what he was about to do with me.. it was like in and out and whose next kind of situation. To top it off the written instructions they give you for after care leave little to be desired. They are vague and DO NOT go over everything you will encounter after the procedure, thus you having to call your dental office to get answers to those questions. When I left the office i broke down in tears from the anxiety i was feeling together with the sadness i felt at how I was treated. People take care of your teeth. What you have to go through later to fix what you didn't take care of when you were younger and stronger will come back and cause you major pain and suffering at the end.

The staff was wonderful, great customer service. As you walk in you are greeted, elisa was such a wonderful and dedicated at her job. She has great working and professional skills. The office was very clean and the drs were very friendly and helpful at my needs. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to everyone.

It had been a very long time since I had been to a dentist due to a really bad experience with an oral surgeon. But I was in pain and went to Desert Valley Dental Group because they were recommended. I was very nervous and embarrassed since I hadn’t been forever. But Desert Valley staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. I even had do have work done by their oral surgeon and he couldn’t have been nicer. I go regularly now and very happy I found them. Thank you

My mom went there to get fillings done. She is Spanish speaking and I could not go with her to the appointment. The front desk receptionist Elisa was very helpful in assisting my mom with her forms and translating what was going to be done. The dentist was really good too.
