I have been going to this Desert Valley Dental Clinic for almost a year now, and I have had two cleanings with Dr. Morgan. She is fantastic! Dr. Morgan does an excellent job every time, and I always leave feeling happy and well taken care of. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist. She’s the best!

I would definitely give five stars to this place if I wouldn’t had this problem with them, I paid for every appointment I had with them, the next appointment I had after we moved I gave them my new address, NOT until one year after, I started getting phone calls saying that I was late with my payment, and that they had mailed the statements, obviously they never changed anything in their computers and mailed everything to my old address. I thought everything was covered by the insurance. They always texted me and emailed me to remind me of my next appointment, each message included “if you don’t show up or cancel 24 hours before, you will be charged $50.00” when I got there my name wasn’t on the list of patients, they just looked at each other, of course they didn’t know what to say, I told them I still had the messages they sent to confirm my appointment, didn’t re-check their list of appointments, just kept saying “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry…” I don’t know how many times, I told them that I assumed I was going to get $50.00 off my next appointment if I had to reschedule, and they said “we don’t give that kind of service”.
The doctor is a good dentist and the hygienist are good too, just be careful with those ladies in the front desk.

I was experiencing some strong wisdom teeth pain coming in. I called and they were very receptive and got me an appointment, however, I didn’t think I could make it and they were able to get me in the same day, in and out and were very friendly and helpful! I was able to get a referral, appointment, and scheduled my cleaning all quickly and made me feel so comfortable!

I had a horrible experience at this location with my doctor and someone that claimed to be the front office manager, she didn’t give me her name. I don’t recommend this place at all, by far the worst dentist office there is. They actually don’t know what they are doing here especially the doctor. I went in because I had really bad sensitivity on my back molars and my doctor said I only needed crowns. So I got my crowns on a Thursday and on Saturday I started get really bad throbbing pain all the way from my ear to my front teeth, it felt like horrible stabbing pain. I was in so much pain that I couldn’t even sleep for 2 nights from the excruciating pain I felt. I went first thing Monday morning when they opened and I still had to wait till 10 until the doctor arrived. I was seen by another non compassionate doctor that seemed like she didn’t care what was happening to me and she told me it looks like I might need a root canal. They dropped the ball with me and made a mistake and they won’t admit that. They won’t admit that they messed up with me and did crowns when I really needed a root canal. I used all my insurance money plus close to $700 out of pocket to pay for these crowns that I didn’t need and instead needed a root canal. Insane! How are they doctors is beyond me. Now, I got referred to a different dentist office and just for the initial consultation would be $300. These people have no shame and I asked to speak with the office manager and she was so careless she didn’t even have basic telephone manners when she picked up. The least they can do for messing up, is to pay for the Endodontics consultation I got referred to but they won’t do that.
There was only one nice lady in the front office that seemed like she genuinely care about the pain I was going through and called in my meds to the pharmacy right away, other than her, the rest of the people I dealt with were so horrible. I have an infection under my new crowns and they are so careless about it.
I will be disputing this with my insurance but I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone. I regret ever coming here, they messed up with me and won’t admit it.

The staff were great, knowledgeable and friendly. Especially Yara who goes above and beyond. Wait times were reasonable. If I have a complaint it's that the office is very small, and that makes things seem hectic.
The best thing is the text messages to remind you of the appointment. Why don't all doctors and dentists send text messages reminders. Thumbs up.

Changing from 5 star to almost none. My recent dental experience was horrible and rough. I had a filling and the dentist was shoving her hand almost all the way to my throat I was trying not to gag. And when I finally said something she said that it was part of her fingers touching it. Worse thing is, she never apologized and kept doing it. The anesthesia lasted for weeks! I was afraid that the numbness will never go away. When I called their office to ask what kind of anesthesia they unused on me for my own awareness in case I had an allergic reaction the lady on the phone sounded like I was a bother and gave me a hard time getting the information. No empathy at all! Or was not even worried if the anesthesia caused some adverse reaction on me. They never made a courtesy call to check on me. I ended up cancelling all my appointments with them. Just a horrible experience!

I have always given them a 5 star BUT on this day on 10/12 had a bad encounter with their receptionist, ( not Yara). When we approached the window she slid open the glass window. Did not smile, had no eye contact with us, she looked like she was unhappy to be there. With a rude attitude asked for our names. That was not a positive way to start off at your place of business.
Now for the dental hygienist, WOW! ( not Morgan). I made a comment about her assitant not smiling and she went off! Rudely saying if I continue to say anything more of her assistant she would not give me any service. I rudely said are you done! She got up and I follow. NEVER in 5 years have I been treated with Disrepect like that at your place of bussiness. GREAT Coustomer Courtesy!
My wife and I talked of going somewhere else. But because of the relationship we have made with both Yara and Morgan we decided to stay. We feel very much WELCOME by Yara and Morgan!

Very welcoming and friendly/efficient team. They use current tech and hassle free x-ray equipment for quickly diagnosing and solving their patient's pains. I had a pretty good experience there, considering what had to happen inside my mouth 🤣. Highly recommend the team here for solving tooth pain and root infection problems.

Only issue for me was finding parking. I had to use the McDonald's lot, for both of my visits, then cross the street to their office. This was due to the massive amount of snowfall, so I can't blame them too much for that
