First visit and it was a great overall experience except for the amount of time we were there. My husband has shied away from dentist due to a previous bad dental experience, Dr Varkey and Dr Syed (I know I spelled that wrong) as well as the entire staff was phenomenal. They made hubby feel relaxed and comfortable. It was a win for us! I look forward to a great dental relationship going forward.

Very disappointed with this dental office. I was charged for service they didnt do. My face was messed up with scratches and bruises. Right today my teeth still need repair that they stated were done. Will not go here and will not recommend anyone to go there. I’m in pain right now from what they didn’t do.

Dr. Praveen is the best dentist that I have been to in my life. I started this journey with periodontal disease and he has repaired my gums so that my gums look and feel better. I have had root canals and fillings, etc. I was in pretty bad shape. He got me to where I can get braces And I just got my braces removed after a year and everything is so much better. The front desk staff throughout this whole year has been so kind and polite. Always making sure that my appointments were scheduled and confirmation calls and texts were always given to make sure that I stay on task with my regular visits. They are very prompt. They always got me in and out and the doctor was always very nice pleasant and professional. If there was anything that may involve in pain they were always asking if you’re OK and they listen and did what was necessary if you were not , they are very focused and I’m so happy to have gone on this journey with them. Thank you De Soto family dentistry for a job well done!

The dentist is very rude and does not know how to speak to patients. He treats a lot of veterans through community care program and he talks to us like we’re not intelligent. He told me he’s the doctor and I’m the patient and I have to do what he tells me. I explained my work hasn’t permitted me to come for a visit earlier. I told him I’m a doctor too and there’s a way to speak to patients and that you also have to listen. I will report him to VA and never return.

All I can say is from the front door to your seat where you wait to be seen, everyone made my experience a very pleasant one. They were also very professional, very upfront and informative and very very helpful. So glad I found this Dentist Office with all of these pleasant people, I guess it’s safe to say I have found a dentist with a great staff!!!!!

I've never had a bad or uncomfortable experience with Dr. Varkey or his staff. A real family feel as everyone is really personable and accommodating. Dr. Varkey explains everything pertaining to your oral situation as well as the cause and effects as it pertains to your overall health. I recommend this dentist office with 5 stars from my visit and overall experience.
