Never had a bad visit . Friendly staff . Decent prices most is covered by insurance so no buggy . Clean facility . A few times the wire on the braces wasn’t cut short enough which causes pain for my daughter but it was fixed in a timely manner. Hopefully it continues to be a great experience. Lobby needs AC though it’s warm in here .

I had high hopes for Diamond. I have a relative that goes here and they seemed caring and didn't upsell her on services. I broke my front tooth and contacted them. I spoke with Medea to arrange an appointment. She was fantastic, she got me in right away for my initial consultation 10/30/24. I had Dr. Rafie, very nice and thorough. He explained why my tooth had cracked and explained the basics of the treatment plan. I then met with Isabel the treatment coordinator, or person that provides the breakdown of cost for the treatment. She informed me that since it was late in the week, she'd get the breakdown to me the following week. The following week came and went. Although it was my front tooth, I decided to give them that week. The next week nothing again, so near the end of the week I called Isabel. She was not available. So this started my dailey calls. "Not in, busy, with a patient, on the phone..." This game went on with the front office through November. Finally 11/26 I actually speak to Isabelm, that she's sending me over a treatment breakdown and that it took her awhile to get my insurance pulled up. Finally, fantastic and yes I may have been a little bit condescending when speaking to her. She sends me over the breakdown. From the get go I know WITH my insurance, an extraction is NOT $500+. Of note, my Insurance provides a cheat sheet so to speak of Dental codes and copay cost for each procedure. So, even before I got the inflated treatment breakdown, I already had a good understanding of where the cost should fall. I called her back to make sure I wasn't misunderstanding her breakdown. I questioned a Crown, with added cost for margins & lab fees. She explained those to me. I think I questioned the deep cleaning fee of $455 knowing the true cost of what I should be paying. At this point she told me I just needed to make an appointment. I was at a loss, an appointment for the extraction first, or deep cleaning, or are they going to to my broken tooth or to discuss the cost? That was the end of the call. I contacte my insurance to make sure I understood what I understood was correct. They confirmed I was correct, that a copay for a Crown includes margins and lab fees, there are no extra fees attached, unless there are 6 or more crowns in a treatment plan. They can then add an additional $125 per unit which I understood. All the teeth needing Crowns were in my smile line, so nothing to do with molars. If you have insurance, get a treatment sheet. It will list a Dental code: D6740, Crown porcelain/ceramic, $115² for example. The ² will be a notation at the bottom showing more information regarding the price. Maybe take the treatment sheet with you and provide it to the treatment coordinator so they don't have to search for your insurance and will know the prices up front. It might head off the uncomfortable conversations. Good luck.

i had a great experience here. the young ladies at the front desk were great! they didn't avoid conversation they were easy to talk to, the x-ray tech/doctor assistant was on her game new her job and also very easy to talk to, the doctor was straight forward he told me my teeth were in bad shape and needed to be replaced when i replied to him what i wanted ( spacer ) he didn't try to talk me into anything i didn't want he advised me on different options and left it up to me, i received the spacer and no adjustments were needed they fit like a glove, all in all i will be returning when I'm ready for dentures, thanks to all involved my experience for a first time customer was awesome, you guys rock! p.s yelp wouldn't let me on their site for some reason, sorry i tried

Great dr. Not trying to upsell me anything just genuinely concerned and gave me every option available and understood I could not afford treatment at that time and still offered to help in any way they could. I will be going back for deep cleanings every 4 months now

Christine is my absolute favorite!!! She always is so sweet when she works on me. She remembers me and it is always a personal experience and I appreciate that more than anything. I came in to have my cap put on and she went above and beyond to fix the temp filling in my other tooth.. with NO Issues!! The dentist there who does the root canals has saved 2 of my teeth that I didn’t think were able to be saved and I am BEYOND grateful for him! His staff up front is always so sweet and they call when authorizations come in! I love coming here. I bring my kids as well. ❤️❤️
