I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ayala for many years. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in dentistry. He’s done several procedures on me and the quality of the work is always top notch. He does not overcharge and only performs the services that are needed. I am always comfortable when he is working on my teeth and he thoroughly explains all the work he’s doing. I highly recommend him for your dental needs.

So I was referred to this Dental office from a long time friend who is in the Dental field. She said she had spoke with the doctor here for her parents and he knew his stuff. I live in La Mirada and didn't even know it was in the location it is.
Anyways I have been too many dentists and have received many different opinions so I thought well what is one more!! So I called and the girl at the desk was so amazingly polite I was shocked. So I made my appt and went in and meant Dr. Ayala the main doctor and he was amazing and so thorough I was shocked. I have to have tons of work done and he is amazing and so nice. So today has my root canal by the Brother and he too made me feel so comfortable along with all the very so nice girls. I am now not so afraid of dentists. I am so blessed to have found this place.

Horrible doctor, ruined my teeth. Look him up on the board he has been in trouble with the board. He works beyond his scope of practice. He does procedures he’s not authorized by the board to perform. He has a misdemeanor for that. Verify with the board his name is Alfredo Ayala

Do not go here, he does a horrible job. This guy was doing work in Tijuana, his work is bad. Root canals and temporary fillings are done on third world standards, he uses cheap materials to overcharge you later. Complete trash of a man, I’m not even sure he’s a real dentist. Reported him to the dental board in California.

His education and credentials are worrisome considering he didn’t study here and could’ve easily bought the certificates to obtain permit to work here. He clearly has operated fraudulently, his license was on probation for a reason.
