Dr. Mayfield brought ease, and even laughter, to what was previously viewed as a scary procedure. Diamond Lake Dental was so quick to get us in and take care of my husband's issue. Dr Mayfield was quick and efficient, and had wonderful bedside manor. Definitely will be using them in the future for our dental needs.

I was at a loss when my undergraduate roommate decided to stop seeing dental patients. At a loss, that is, until I found Dr. J. Michael Plyler!! I’m getting all the work done that my buddy told me that I needed to have done over the years, but he was just too far away to do. I have finally found someone who I trust, just like one of my closest friends.

I made an appointment over the phone mid June for today July 22 at noon and took off work for it. This was the earliest appointment they had available so I had been waiting for it for over a month. When I showed up 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment I was told I didn’t have an appointment scheduled today. I assumed I must have accidentally mixed up the date or time somehow so I then politely asked the receptionist what day my appointment was scheduled for. The receptionist told me she didn’t have any appointments for me scheduled at all. The staff treated me like I never called and made an appointment with the receptionist in the first place. They just scheduled me a new appointment another month from now and sent me on my way. I wasn’t even offered a simple apology for whoever I spoke to on the phone neglecting to actually book the appointment in the system and wasting my time off work and having to wait another month to get in.

Was pleased with my whole experience from beginning I was greeted and was taken back immediately doctor is friendly gentle and easy to talk to his assistant did the best and made sure I understood aftercare I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend ?
