Absolutely the best dentist team I've ever been too! They may be young but let me tell you, they are fast, efficient, gentle and thorough with everything they do. My teeth went to hell after three kids. I lost many teeth in just 6 months. Now I have a smile I can be proud of again. Thank you so much dientes!!!

Can’t get an appointment. I read The Who is eligible to use Dientes. I determined that I was eligible by meeting 2 categories, ie being on Medical, and being low income on disability. So I sacrificed my last ink cartridges to print out the paper work. I sent a text asking for an appointment, and was denied because, I am not a veteran, I don’t have cancer, and I’m not pregnant. None of which is mentioned in The Who is eligible part of the forms. I had a 6.5 hour heart surgery at Stanford and they had to extract all my teeth so I wouldn’t get an infection, and now I am stuck with no teeth. Can’t eat, can’t smile, get heart burn cause I can’t chew my food. I am a disabled Ironworker, and spent my life building America until I was hit by a truck. Please help me Dientes.

Ive been going for several months now after neglecting my teeth for years. Deep cleanings for four appts and then fillings appts, plus the initial xrays and exam. Highly recommend, truly amazing staff They are extremely kind, thorough, and attentive to patient's needs/ concerns. They make you feel special not just like a number. Felt well informed of all the work they were planning and like they really cared. Actually look forward to going for my dental appts!Thank you Dientes, ever so grateful for your care and expertise.

Five hundred million stars for this absolutely wonderful office crew!
I can't even break the surface of how profoundly changed my life is today because I walked into Dientes Riverside.....By mistake!
My appt was actually for a different location (which I'm sure is just as great) but after walking/jogging a few miles after missing my bus and being slightly late, the office person must have felt my disappointment in my lack of punctuality and location because she told me to wait a min and then she offered for the dentist to see me there. I did and he was the greatest and most knowledgeable doctor I've ever been in the company of, he knew more about my past surgeries and the long term effects then the doctors that did them. I walked out feeling so great I got a job at the first place I inquired that day and am still there and love it
THANK YOU DIENTES DENTAL!

I'm pregnant and needed a tooth extraction. They were able pull the tooth on my 1st visit and it didn't even hurt. The dentist, Dr.Kuo, is extremely professional. I couldn't have had a better dentist. The procedure was handled fast and effectively. I would really recommend this clinic to anyone. A+service!!!!!

Now I don't know if it was me or not. I'm not here to bash anyone. The dentist was professional ect. I'm 100 percent positive he knows what he is doing...That wasn't a problem at all. But he seemed kind of like Spock on Star Trek. Very serious . I guess that is what you want. But I have anxiety and depression. I went there with pain in my front tooth. They examined my whole mouth and then said he was going to pull my front teeth , some sort of bridge and he will start on the back ones. I just felt it wasn't explained to me. I didn't understand what was going on I guess. He said "Sorry for the bad news" ,,,I went home kind of bummed out. So kept going back and forth if I should keep my appointment and sadly I didn't. I had too much anxiety. My last dentist retired and no matter how bad it was, I was comfortable. Maybe that has something to do with it also. Anyway, I have heard nothing but great things about the one on Commercial way. I have three friends who go there and swear by it. Said they would do anything to save the tooth and if really, really nervous can ask for use gas. Boy that sounded great! I get nervous. But once I know the dentist I'm not so much. I tried to get an appointment there and you have to call after the 15th...My friends told me it takes awhile....Well once again this is just my experience.....I am sure they are good tho......

I'm visiting Santa Cruz from the land down under, and got a gnarly toothache. I had a walk in appointment and got the nicest nurse and doctor. The reception staff were pretty nice as well. Not long after I filled out my form, I was seen to by a doctor, then I was on my way with a prescription. Thank you, guys. You helped me out big time.

On average I have to call 6 or 7 times (I'm not exaggerating) before I can get an appointment. I have never had a voicemail returned. Now I can't get through at all. I am put on hold for 20 minutes then voice mail kicks in and asks me to leave a message. Like a fool I actually leave a message every time thinking that this will be the time they return my call! I've tried for a week or two to make an appointment. I'm finally going to bite the bullet and change providers.
