Excellent service from all there, but Veena, the business manager, was exceptional. Even though we made a mistake on the pricing she accepted our mistake and charged our pricing. ($50 less than quoted) Totally recommend Digital Smiles.

Literally the worst dentist I’ve ever been to.

Operations were performed that I didn't consent to, and were unjustified from my insurance's perspective.

Flawed operations were performed that were deemed faulty from a second opinion dentist.

Both doctors rushed through my procedures which resulted in the low quality service. I hope they treat other patients better because I have more problems now than when I went in.

Dr. Justin Vacolir is a truly carrying dentist. He is a perfectionist and would not allow me to stop making appointments until all was perfect.

lots of issues with this Dentist Office. First and foremost CONFIRM whatever you are there for before beginning treatment.Went in for a regular bi-annual cleaning and was charged for a perodontal cleaning that took 3 months to resolve only because i kept at it. Second, if you have billing issues, expect extreme delays both with communication and resolution. Would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for dental work, even if they are offered under your insurance. Felt scammy the entire time.. like a shady car repair spot. 1/100 stars.

*edit* I find it fascinating I got a response here and yet I’m still waiting to hear back from an email I sent May 22nd, 2024 regarding this very issue.

I have a 3 bridge crown on my upper front which is 30 years old and had to be replaced. I was apprehensive because it’s my front teeth. Dr Bacolod did a great job and I am totally satisfied with how they look. I loved his and his assistant’s chair side manners. They made me very comfortable through the whole process.

Vision, my new dental hygienist, who has done this work for 20 years, is absolutely amazing, showing total patience and thoroughness in attention to detail. I never realized until today how a completely professional dental hygienist does her job…and she is as sweet and kind a person as she is efficient!
