This office is 100% greatness. I have had a great experience with a kind dental surgeon and superb staff. Could not be happier. Only bad thing was the VA failed to keep their commitment to pay and cost me greatly. But Dixon was great about working a payment plan with me.

Hey everybody I want to say something: I am REALLY happy I went to Dixon Dental. My teeth are in bad shape and they didn’t blink an eye, they didn’t judge me, they didn’t make those snippy comments about why they are in the shape they are in- the only comments were to make me feel more comfortable and less embarrassed. They’re truly kind and caring. They’ve always taken great- and I do meant great as in excellent care- of my children’s teeth, and the times I’ve had to have teeth pulled because I couldn’t afford to fix them, well they were gentle and kind then as well. Which is how come I chose them again. Plus they don’t judge and if they do then they keep it to themselves, and that’s a big deal to me. But I honestly feel they’re nonjudgmental and that’s an even bigger plus for me. You know what they DID say? They said “You came, that’s the important thing.” It’s embarrassing to smile with a mouthful of bad teeth let alone open up to whole team of people. They But it wasn’t so bad, in fact I was happy when I left their office and I want to say thank you to all at Dixon Dental for that.

The staff acknowledges you when you arrive for your appointment with a smile. Something I feel is very important in a business. I have great anxiety going to the dentist. I’ve had extensive procedures done and Dr Dixon is always kind and compassionate and so patient. I am thankful to have a dental clinic I feel safe going to.

I highly recommend this place. My dentist even thou he was busy took time to give me my options and make sure my questions were answered and his assistant was awesome! I was treated very well and will definitely be going there for future treatment.

I’m one of those people that is scared to death to go to the dentist. Well, I broke part of a molar off over a year ago. It got infected over a 3 day weekend. I won’t mention the other dentist practice I went to. They gave me antibiotics and made an appointment for the following week. The day before I was to get it out, which was going to involve cutting also, I called to let them know that there was still some swelling. The dentist called me back and said I needed to go to an oral surgeon, which isn’t covered by my insurance. I explained that I had been to 2 different dentists, in the last year and both were ready to do extraction after I finished the meds. What is different now? I’m scared to death. They just weren’t comfortable with how far the decay was and the curvature of the roots.
I called Dr. Dixon’s office for a reference to an Oral Surgeon. I had my X-ray e-mailed to them. I went in that week. Everyone was very nice and polite. My fear was advised to everyone who worked on me. I was relieved that they made sure I was doing okay and reminded me to breathe threw my nose. Dr. Dixon went right to work and of course I felt pain, well he put more numbing med in which I didn’t feel. Not even a minute later it was out. What a relief. I would recommend Dixon Dental to everyone. Thank you, Terry Thompson.

Called about insurance and they wanted me to reschedule my appointment from 11:30 to 2. They asked me 3 times to change it and I said no I’m coming to my appointment at 11:30. Took forever to go back. Always have had scheduling issues with them. It wasn’t just a 1 time thing it seems to be very consistent with them.
