My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed here... Very nice Dr and nurse... Very professional! Everything went well and my daughter was so impressed! Have them send in your pain meds the day before (the nurse suggested that) and make sure to have some protein drinks on hand! Makes it better the day of surgery!

I was in so much pain so I decided to scheduled Donny Quick to remove my wisdom tooth March 2023. Here it is February 2024
I'm in worst pain. Donny Quick gave me nerve damage! Paid nearly $700/800 out of pocket for the procedure that day. Now his mistake costing me thousands!!!!!!!!

The lady at the front desk is rude and unhelpful. She gives the appearance that she doesn’t care. My first visit, the wait time was three hours. I asked her when I could be expected to be seen and she said, “There is no way to know.” I asked about rescheduling and she said, “It doesn’t matter what day you come, you have to wait.” My second visit I explained to her that the assistant helping with my procedure said that as I was driving from (Little Rock) for business through Conway, I could stop in and they could just call me back and take a look. Short visit. I had an appointment. When I arrived for the appointment, the waiting room was filled to capacity with standing room only just like my first visit. She said, “there are four people ahead of you.“ I explained to her that I was told to let her know that I was traveling through and that they would just call me back to take a quick look. She said, “I will put your chart out, and IF they remember they said that, then they can call you back.“ She didn’t even bother to check. I witnessed she was vague and unhelpful with other patients. Prior to my visiting this doctor’s office, a friend told me that the staff was rude, but I needed to be seen and thought it would be OK but the lady with the long dark hair at the front desk will make your visit miserable. Expect to wait and don’t expect anyone up front to be helpful especially , the lady with the long dark hair. She belongs in a cubicle in the back where she doesn’t communicate with any patients. I left without being seen. It appears to me that patients could be double booked based on the amount of patients and the wait times. I’m still in pain from my procedure and it would’ve been helpful to have been seen. But I explained it was on a time schedule, and was assured at the first visit it would not be a problem. She didn’t care.

I went in apprehensively, after having numerous bad experiences with dentist, to get my wisdom teeth removed. The group of ladies that run the front office/reception are so kind and patient. The consultation was quick but I wasn't too impressed with Dr. Quick's bedside manner - he seemed a little cold and rushed, but he did have an office full of patients as well.
When it came to extraction day, his team and anesthesiology group are angels. They were extremely patient and kind when prepping me while my anxiety levels were through the roof. I was put to sleep and woke up to a mouth full of gauze while being escorted out the back door - the doc came in and worked his sorcery and was off to the next patient before I was even awake. Dr. Quick lives up to his last name, he's definitely quick and efficient since I was back home in under 2 hours. Needless to say, Dr. Quick and his team are magic workers and are some of the best in the field when handling surgical dental matters. If I have to have any other work that needs to be done, I will go back to him without hesitation and will be recommending him to others.

The staff are always nice and care for me every time I go there.They didn't have an opening and I needed a tooth pulled badly so they saw me ASAP.Dr.Donny Quick is the best surgeon I've even been to.5 Stars every time to the entire staff.
