I am very upset and seeking legal advice.
I received a partial from this office . Approx 6 months later I lost 3 teeth. I called the office and very rudely was told " they were not my dentist " mind you that's the dentist I'd went to for the last year regularly.

So today I was seen by another professional dentist office who I let look and tell me what they thought without me giving any opinions prior to them doing x-rays and seeing previous x-rays..they specifically said " the wires no way should have been attached to those teeth as they were to weak for that"
Due to the fact I got very negligent care from high sierra dental I now have to have full dentures and have a wedding on three weeks where i will have missing teeth.
This has created major distress on my life not to mention the pain.

I gave high sierra a chance to see what o was talking about and they refused again stating I am not there patient and they would need a referral . ( reminded them I've been seeing them for over a year.they said sorry your not our patient)

I then asked for MY x-rays and was first told it would cost me $50 then she decided I couldn't have them. The lady i spoke with was a horrible rude person.
I will tell you my mouth I'd such a painful mess I would not recommend anyone to take a chance with this place. Oh my filling also fell out.

Please research any dentist you use! I learned the hard way. I'm hoping I can find a dentist who will fix what this very unprofessional place messed up.

If I could give zero stars I would. My crown delivery was horrible and to think that the Dr was okay cementing it in. My bite is off I let him know that before application. He made some adjustments and he left my tooth unpolished. So the tooth feels very rough. I wear a retainer and I'm unable to insert my retainer because the width of the tooth is so large. Office staff is very rude and represents the Dr's behavior as well. Please pay out of pocket but avoid going to this office at all costs.

If I could put this place zero stars I would. I’ve been calling for my father to be seen. My dad has NEVER been one to complain of any type of pain till this. It’s now been TWO MONTHS & they don’t “have anything sooner until the following month” blaming it on insurance. The last time I called to get the appointment scheduled, I got hung up on. My dad now has the infection moved to his head.
Thanks for the “help” and sense of urgency.

Very rude receptionist and poor customer service skills! I really don’t recommend this dentist!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I really would! They need to get new front desk workers that actually enjoy doing their job!!!

Receptionist Carmen has poor customer service skills. She calls me the day before to confirm the appt and I missed the call.. I call her back 10 mins to closing and she confirmed my appt and told me to send my dental ins. Info. By the time we got off the phone and I got the information they were closed so I sent it promptly the next morning, she calls me an hr before the appointment at noon and tells me it's cancelled because I didn't confirm before 3:30pm the previous day even though she confirmed my appt 10 mins to closing (4:50pm) then reschedules my appt out to May. Mind you this appt was previously rescheduled because my first appt didn't work for them and I accommodated them because I understand what it's like working close to the holidays. Once reminded, the receptionist then stated she was too busy to call and verify my insurance even though she had time to do so. I've never met an employee that told the customer they're cancelling you because they don't have time to make a call. Mind you she was not remorseful and was quickly rushing me off the phone. As much time as she spent with me on the phone she could have verified my insurance but she's one of those people that do not accept any fault and doesn't understand hard work and customer satisfaction a simple call was basically all we needed. She also could have cancelled my appointment at 4:50 the previous day when I called and I would have accepted that. When I said that to her that's when she explained she just didn't have the time to make the call. Then she set my appointment out until May. I had this medical emergency while pregnant that's why I was referred to them and then THEY rescheduled me and then cancelled me. They didn't try to accommodate me as I did with them in the past. This is an emergency procedure. If the dentist is a good one I'll never know because his receptionist is not. I'll take my chances in Fresno because local always disappoints.

Don’t waste your time at the dentist office. The workers in the front are rude and don’t care about the people coming in. The doctor does a terrible job, he did my root canal and he did it all wrong. I had to go to another dentist to fix my tooth. Please don’t waste your time and money at this place.

I love this dentist, he always puts me at ease before he dose anything. Always asking if I’m ok . So that’s why I gave him five star, oh yeah and his staff is very friendly.

Worst service ever ! If I could give a zero I would. Do not go here receptionist are rude! I been referred twice and both times were a waste of time!
