Years of neglect (not intentional - just cancer fights and other ways in which life just gets in the way) left me embarrassed (humiliated is a better word) by the comments my wife and kids would make kindly and gently. From the moment I walked into Dovedale Drntal Care this afternoon until I left everyone I met was terrific. Professional but sincerely compassionate. Thorough but concern about the time they were “taking” from me (they weren’t taking my time - I was taking theirs - but they made me feel like a guest. I need a lot of work, but we’re off to a great start! Prayers answered and I’m sincerely grateful. 🙂

The entire staff at Dovedale Dental Care is very professional, courteous, and polite. I've been going there for some time now and Dr. Agarwal is an exceptional dentist! Special shout out to Erin the dental hygienist, who is second to none! Thank you guys. Highly recommend.

Consider seeking a second opinion from another dentist before undergoing any major dental work at this clinic. I initially went for a routine cleaning and was advised to undergo several procedures, with a very high estimate provided. However, I decided to consult another dentist, who addressed my dental issues at about one-third of the cost. Additionally, he informed me that one of the recommended procedures was unnecessary, saving me money on work that didn’t need to be done.

Staff were very friendly, and the dentist was very personal and answered all my questions. During my appointments, everyone made sure I was comfortable and able to handle any pain. Highly recommend!

I did not have a good experience at all at this dental office. I felt like my first visit was somewhat wasted and just went in to get imaging done but they told me I couldn’t do that and a cleaning in the same visit so I had to schedule another visit for that.

Then at my cleaning I was told I had 2 cavities so I scheduled another visit to get them filled as one would. I got multiple text confirmations saying “we will see you for your fillings on X date”; however, I kept getting notified that I would owe $206 to have them filled. I called my insurance company not once, but twice and they confirmed that fillings were 100% COVERED under my insurance plan. When I got to the appointment to have my fillings done, the company was still arguing I owed this $206 so I just paid it and called my insurance company back immediately after the visit with the diagnosis code they billed me under.

My insurance company then informed me that they billed AND performed a crown build up procedure which was considered invasive. I was NOT properly informed what this entailed and was under the impression (from the multiple text messages I received) that I was just getting a filling. Now I have to live and maintain this crown build up for the rest of my life. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews on this place, they will try and get as much money from you as they can.
