It was my first time coming to the dental office earlier this week. The staff is really friendly, patient and accommodating. After getting x-rays, the hygienist numbed my mouth and soon after the procedure began. I was so scared but the doctor and assistant were so nice and took care of me. I was pleasantly impressed with my first visit here and grateful they relieved me of my toothache.

Amazing service, they’re all super sweet and kind. It was my first time there and everybody was super sweet, I enjoyed my time there. I felt comfortable and relaxed when usually at the dentist I start getting nervous but they made my experience enjoyable. Nobody was in a bad mood and everybody once in a while can get a little moody, but they were all kind and sweet. 10/10 experience.

My experience at Downey dental Art was a five star. It was my first time there. I found them on Google. I actually had an emergency appointment since the very first phone call. They were very professional and helpful when I arrived. Staff was great office manager was very helpful. Her name was Marisol And the dentist was great to care of me and now I’m a lot comfortable. The reason I went was because I needed a wisdom tooth extracted that was causing me. A lot of pain. Highly recommended.

DOUBLE APPOINTMENT for Teeth cleaning and envisalign check up….Today the staff treated me so friendly and fast, but to be honest, they usually do anyway. Im a cash paying customer and have utilized “Care” credit and “Alphaeon” to pay for bigger jobs. I am on a serious budget but care about my teeth. They will work with you and they wont hurt you while you’re in the chair either. If you’re looking for a new dentist office, try this one. As of now, they have 5 star rating with me. I will post every time I visit to keep you updated.

As I made my way over to Downey I passed so many dental offices and I honestly thought about switching offices. But the lady who cleaned my teeth and numbed my mouth for extractions was AMAZING. She made me feel very relaxed and she kept me calm through the whole experience. You can’t find that kind of service everywhere. I would rather travel the distance than to be stuck with a place that’s not as good.

I am so thankful to the doctor and the staff that were able to help me during an emergency dental procedure, they were able to give me same day appointments. Everyone is so nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I will be making this dental center my primary dental care provider!

Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The front desk was super nice, I am so thankful for her helping with VOB because my insurance carrier was being a huge pain! The xray assistant was super sweet and friendly too! The Dr was awesome! The staff is bilingual too which is a plus! Overall great experience and would recommend!
