I've been to many Dental offices and have had various procedures, Promenade Dental Group has been the best by far. All the doctors are the best I've had work on my teeth. From routine checkups, cleanings and minor procedures to root canals, implants and bone grafts, I have never walked out in pain or disappointed with anything they have done. Dr Pessah and her staff have taken care of my family for a long time now. A+++

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Dr Ortega is gentle, explains everything and is very up-front with all treatment. Very pleasant. Makes going to the dentist more of a positive experience especially for myself who is terrified of them . On that day my assistant was a little rough but I think was her personality. Like a bull in a China shop. My hygienist , Bobby who cleaned my teeth was awesome.

This was my first time at Downey Promenade Dental. Just moved from WA State, so it’s hard to restart a new dental relationship. Dr. Peersah was very nice and pleasant. She made me feel at ease, since I’m always a little nervous. I didn’t like the 1 hour wait time. I pre-registered ahead of time and arrived 20 minutes early. My appointment turned into a 3 hour appointment, so that wasn’t fun. Hoping my 6 month cleaning in October won’t be as long.

She made the impossible possible when I really needed it and I'm not sure what I would have done without her help. Thank you so much to everyone there.
