I recently had four wisdom teeth removed and two bone grafts placed on the same day. The oral surgeon was great I did not feel a THING during the entire procedure. Additionally, I have not felt any pain or discomfort since my procedure!!! Strongly recommend this surgeon. He has magic hands

The staff is also great from the receptionist that provided me answers to all my questions and let me know all my options. The assistants I encountered during my visit were also very nice and comforting . They all seem to enjoy what they are doing.

Lastly, I left not feeling like they overcharged me or told me I needed something I didn’t need.

I was very impressed with Downey smile center. I normally feel anxious going into the dentist, but the staff was so friendly and accommodating, my visit went smoothly. They definitely care about their patients here! Andi, the receptionist was very helpful and answered all my questions about my treatment clearly and they worked well with my insurance. They were efficient and took me into my appointment right away which was a plus because I’m used to waiting a long time at dental offices. Overall they seem organized and I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

Eceptional care and comfort provided by the staff. I just had a check up on recent dental implants and they complimented me on the quick healing on mr gums after the implant surgery and was able to answer all my questions about the following procedures needed. I want to thank the team for making my dental visit a positive and friendly experience!

I have been a loyal customer at Downey Smile Center for many years, but my recent experience has left me incredibly disappointed. I called to schedule a regular dental cleaning and was informed there are two options: a $200 cleaning and a $480 deep cleaning. As I don't have insurance, I told the receptionist that I could only afford the $200 cleaning.

To my surprise, I was told that I would need to pay an additional $150 just to be evaluated, even though I made it clear that I did not have the money for both the evaluation and the cleaning. Despite my long history with this office and the fact that I’ve recommended numerous people here, the receptionist was inflexible and insisted on the extra charge.

This rigid policy and lack of understanding for a long-time patient are unacceptable. I can no longer recommend this place to anyone. Customer loyalty and reasonable accommodation should mean something, but apparently not at Downey Smile Center.

I took my dad to his appt on my day off just for one of the staff members to tell me there was no dentist available to see him and to come back 2 days later just for them just to tell him that they won't see him due to insurance. Waste of my time.

AMAZING, so far. Still have work to do, but could not be happier!!! Would recommend this place for all your dental needs. SUPER NICE staff, extremely thorough and they explain each step they need to do. SO GRATEFUL God sent me here, what a blessing!!!

Being someone that doesn’t like to go to dentists, i went to Downey smile center because it came highly recommended by my family. I have to say that i had the best experience ever i had at any dramatist visit. The Dr. Was very experience and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what i needed and what was not necessary to do. He was very sweet and friendly also. The office staff are super nice with amazing customer service. The office is very updated and clean. Marie the office manager is so professional yet kind and sweet at the same time. They performed my dental work in a timely matter and i was very comfortable throughout the process. Their prices are also very good. I usually don’t write reviews but i had to share this one because it was a great experience from A to Z. I found my dental office for life. As a dental assistant, my #1 priority was to find a dental office who took great care of me, as I do with my patients as well. Coming here was one of the best decisions I’ve made ! Thank you to Dr. and the assistant for treating me like one of their own, making sure I was comfortable before, during and after the entire treatment! 10/10 would tell my coworkers and family about this place !!
