I have had such a wonderful experience at Dr.Ayalas office! I moved here 2 years ago from Los Angeles and was looking for a skilled Dr with an upscale experience. I was NOT disappointed! The building is beautiful and there is small staff, Hermi and Jodi, in the front to welcome you, which allows you to create a personal report, making it a much more personal experience. Everyone that Ive encountered is well trained and knowledgeable which allows you to relax and are very friendly. Dr Ayala is sharp and her work ethic is very good. She comes across as a “no-nonsense” Dr. and gives you as much attention as you need during your time with her to answer any questions you may have. On top of that, they have modern equipment and all of the technicians are awesome!!! Shout out to the dental hygienist who makes sure that there is never a dull moment while you are with her. Overall 10/10!

Overall subpar experience.

Started off with a miscommunication that I thought I could get a new patient exam & a teeth cleaning done at the same appointment. You can’t and seemed like the employees were mad at me for misunderstanding.

Got two cavities filled, one “small” and one “average sized”. They got me in right away. I requested to schedule a teeth cleaning on my way out of the appointment. The front desk employee was insistent that they will call me to schedule. They never did.

2 weeks after the filling I started having pain. Went back in, they did an X-ray, no issues. They adjusted the bite & said if that doesn’t help the pain I’ll need a crown. Odd considering it was initially described to me as a “small cavity” and now I needed a crown?

Got two second opinions from other dentists. Neither mentioned anything about needing a crown.

Had another dentist redo the filling. Zero pain since.

Best dentist in town. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I got my braces done by Dr.Ayala, highly recommend it!
