I have 3 favorite people at this office! Dr. B, S.W. & C.B. Since 2002 - 2014 Ive seen many dentist, between East Mesa and Boise.

Which doesn’t include my childhood horror stories. I have fear/anxiety for Dentists due to childhood tooth care. I cry easily just sitting in the chair. My fear/anxieties are brought on by doctors lacking compassion, understanding and concern for the copious amount of work I need done in my mouth. As of this moment, If I could tell you how many hours I have spent in this office receiving treatment for my teeth - I would.

Dr. B, Sara and Cami have shown me incredible compassion, encouragement and kindness during the many hours of treatment Ive endured.

Dr. Birtcher takes great pride in his work and ensuring it is done correctly. Each visit has carried a unique set of challenges. Albeit pain, recovery time or workload. He is always professional and respectful.

The journey has been long, but it has been worth every minute of time, effort, confidence and success allowing me to walk away with the perfect smile - for me.

Wonderfully kind dentist and assistants. Relatively pain-free, and I have a fear of dentists, but not Dr. Jones. I would have hoped to see more positive reviews, as I was very happy and will continue to return for dental work.

I would not recommend going here unless you want to be treated unfair had an appointment at one and waited there till about 130 3 people walked into the door at that time they all got seen before us unfair discrimination
