We were so lucky to have found Dr. Noguchi and his team! The treatment plan was clearly communicated, the appointments were punctual, the staff was polite and kind. I was so impressed when Dr. Noguchi returned back to the office late on a Friday night to fix a wire that my son had shifted and was poking at the inside of his cheek! This is just one example to show Dr. Noguchi really cares about his patients!

As for the office, it is very clean and has a calming energy. I am always offered tea or water while I wait for my son. I also like that the waiting area has visibility to the treatment area.

We visited three orthodontists before deciding on Dr. Noguchi. Let me save you the time, just visit Dr. Noguchi's office first for the best treatment in the South Bay!

I can recommend Dr. Noguchi without hesitation. During my initial consult, he asked me what I wanted to accomplish. I explained how my overbite was affecting my chewing and causing me to bite my gums on the insides of my cheeks and giving me chronic pain and soreness. My front teeth also stuck out even with my mouth closed, which I was constantly self-conscious of. Technically, I was told my overbite was within the normal range (although the very upper limit), but I wanted to correct it for both function and looks. I am now getting to the end of my treatment and can already enjoy chewing my food way more than before I started wearing the aligners, because my bite has become so much better. I could tell a difference the first month after wearing my aligners. My bite got better and better, which gave me much incentive to keep going with it.

Dr. Noguchi and his assistants & technicians are very professional and helpful. The entire staff is always cheerful and pleasant. Margaret was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The state of the art office is aesthetically pleasing and operates efficiently. You can earn points for being on time that you can use for gift cards. I never waited for more than a few minutes to get seen. Parking is validated with ample available. I am so happy to finally have straightened teeth (well, almost) and can smile again without feeling unsightly. I was too self-conscious to smile with my large overbite. Now in the past! Thanks to the expertise of Dr. Noguchi and his staff.

I had gotten a few other Invisalign quotes before I visited Dr. Noguchi. When I walked into the office, I knew this would be where I wanted to get my treatment. Not only was their quote the least expensive but also the treatment time was the shortest. Everyone is so friendly and attentive, ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

It's always a joy to go into an appointment. You can tell Dr. Noguchi and his staff really care about their patients. I am very satisfied with my treatment, and I think I can say that we all became friends. They have a fun rewards program where you earn points on each of your visits which you can later redeem them for gift certificates and such. They give you a tshirt and you can get points if you wear the shirt to your appointment. The shirts are cute (you choose one-- I went with the #smile one) and are comfy pajamas. You also get points for being on time, having good hygiene, etc.

The only minor negative is that the office is in a medical building and parking is ticketed, unless you can find a spot on the street. The first hour is free with validation which is enough time for the quick checkups. Honestly, even during one of my last appointments when I took a little longer than an hour, the guy at the booth didn't charge me anything, but the possibility that you might have to pay for parking does make you become conscious of the time.

Overall, I had a great experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend Dr. Noguchi's office for your orthodontic needs!
