My family loves coming to see Dr. Jordan & her staff! Everyone’s courteous, professional, warm, & friendly. They make dental care a breeze! The office is clean & cozy. We have full confidence they’re taking the best care of our oral health.

Impressed with every aspect of Dr. Jordan’s dental practice. Not only is the office/staff clean, professional, and accomodating; but Dr. Jordan and her staff are very thorough and informative of dental care. Highly recommend this practice.

1. This office is pristine. From refreshments, lovely furniture, the decor… It’s all PRECIOUS. Made me feel less nervous when I walked through the door. 2. Front desk ladies were super friendly and knew exactly who I was, why I was there and went out of her way to make my next appointments with two different doctors. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous! 3. I was EXTREMELY nervous and Dr. Jordan just made all of my anxiety better. She was friendly, funny, very knowledgeable and very professional! I am back today for another appointment, so that alone says a lot. I would highly recommend.

I will look for attention somewhere else, I was there yesterday with my wife and my five months old son, my wife was attended first while I kept the baby with me, however, after one hour a doctor started checking me while I kept an eye on my son (another doctor was still attending my wife in another room), after some minutes my son started crying so I had to pick him up and check him, after that I was told by the doctor that we can restart my treatment when the other doctor finished with my wife, I accepted it (I would not left my son crying all that time) while I kept waiting for the other doctor to finish with my wife, this happened before 1 pm. So far everything was ok, however, I kept waiting for the doctor to be available to continue until 3 pm when I was invited to left the office because they will not be able to complete my treatment that day (by the way, they close this office at 5 pm), Wouldn't be possible for the receptionist to tell me to return another day when the other doctor finished with my wife? Why they kept me waiting all that time without informing me that the doctor would not be available anymore that day? Worst part of it is the fact that I was asked if I can return the next Friday to complete the activity that was planned for that day, Seriously? Just to be able to go to this office I had to ask for a day off in my work, which by the way was a lost day for me. I am very disappointed with the service, I didn't see any commitment nor respect for my time, if you are looking for a place with a decent respect for your time, don't go to this place.

I love this place!! The staff is great!! Dr. Jordan is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is so professional and so gentle in procedures. The hygienist, Teresa Morris, is so thorough, professional, gentle and very concerned about my dental care. She really cares!! I really do feel that I'm in the best hands when I'm there!!!

By far hands down the most professional and best experience I have ever had a dental office! The staff is so friendly and courteous! I could go on and for hours about Dr. Jordan! She is the absolute best! Such a perfectionist! Highly skilled and trained! If anyone is looking for a dentist to go to in the brook highlands area, look no further as she is the best!☆☆☆☆☆

I have been going to Dr. Jordan’s dental office for 3 years. I completed an Invisalign treatment with them and I feel way more confident with my straight smile! I also get cleanings done twice a year and Teresa does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth! These ladies always take great care of me and everyone is super sweet! I have been seen and treated by many dentists in my 60+ years. Yet, I have never had care that equals that provided by Dr. Brooke Jordan and her staff. Dr. Jordan is clearly dedicated to providing superior service. In fact, I might be right in thinking that she pursues perfection in her work. Everything is explained, your questions are answered, procedures are outlined for you, and you are treated like a very close friend or a relative. The friendly and helpful attitude of the staff members is especially noteworthy. Bravo to Dr. Jordan and staff!!
