On a referral from a friend whose daughter had a wonderful experience here, I took my two daughters to Dr Randolph’s office. Both of my daughters had a great experience and the Dr and staff were wonderful to work with. Both kids are now out of braces and love their beautiful smiles. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I got braces here for 4.5 years of total treatment from age 9-13ish.

During this time, my treatment was miserable. Everything hurt, I had 8 teeth pulled as I was told this was necessary to "shorten" treatment time. I had to wear elastics for years, countless procedures and time was wasted at this place.

Post treatment I wore my retainer religiously. In the past 10 years, I have maybe not worn it for all of 5-10 nights. I still wear it to this day.

Cue changing dentists when I moved out of state to college, I got a few random comments on my open bite. I thought it was just them trying to get commission by referring me to an ortho. But the next 3 dentists I saw cited the same exact issue.

Finally I went to 2 separate orthos, and they all have asked me if I ever even went to an ortho because my open bite was so bad. When I told them I wore braces for 4.5 years they were shocked, and were even trying to inquire about what place in town I went to that did such poor work.

Of course they didn't know the ortho I went to was out of state in Valencia, and I am grateful that I will never have to step foot in Carol's office again.

I can't believe all of the money and time me and my parents wasted. 5 years of my life were miserable with this ortho, and all of that garbage that I put up with just for them to not even fix my bite after all that time.

To anyone reading this, PLEASE save your time and money and go elsewhere. You don't want to get screwed like I did. Unless you want to have to spend twice the cost and double the time fixing the things Dr. Carol couldn't fix the first time with a new ortho, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Preemptively to any reply from the business owner, I will not be taking my review down. I was a patient of yours for almost 5 years, and I got burned. My parents spent thousands of dollars on my treatment through difficult times, and they got burned.

I hope my story can be a warning to others to avoid this place. Truly one of the worst decisions of my life was getting my treatment here.

And keep in mind, this was written by the patient, not the parent unlike most of these other reviews.

Ten years later and I'm leaving this review so other parents can avoid putting their kids through what I did.

Our son just got his braces off this week, and we are so pleased with how his teeth turned out. If you are looking for a very skilled orthodontist, we highly recommend Dr. Randolph and her staff. From our very first visit we were impressed with their office, their bedside manner, and their services. Not only are they professional, but they are kind and over all of these months have become dear friends. We are looking forward to another great experience with Dr. Randolph when we bring in our next son for treatment!

Dr.Randolph and staff provide the best possible service -
Their concern for my well being and comfort during the whole process from applying braces - during the three and a half years I needed to wear my braces I was made to feel as if I was their most important patient and never wavered their standards through out the process from start to finish.
Dr. Randolph makes you feel completely confident and is extremely through in her approach and considers all factors while under her care. Her staff is stellar - especially Deanna - while under her care I never had any issues and she was always one step ahead and always had my best interest at the forefront after 3 and a half I feel like their my family and will miss them all!

Dr Randolph and her staff are amazing! We have had the best experience there! I took My daughter for consults at 3 other orthos and I’m so glad we chose Randolph! She told me my daughter would need one faze and she’d be done in about 18months! She was and we were even rushed because we are moving out of state! Randolph was great and took the extra time to make sure my daughter would be done in time for us to move. My daughter has the most beautiful smile now thanks to her and her staff! We will miss her!
