Horribly inconsiderate experience at Dr Skillestad. I was referred by PHC for a night guard. Getting measured was fine and I was scheduled to pick it up about two weeks later. When I went to pick it up, I waited for half an hour after my scheduled appointment before being taken back. I was only called back because I repeatedly told the receptionist I needed to return to work. The dentist wasn't available so I continued to wait in the back.
No reason was given as to why I was never informed the dentist was running late (ideally they would have called and pushed my appointment back). I was offered the option to reschedule after already waiting half an hour, I guess so I could miss more work for no reason later in the week? I never received an apology or any acknowledgement of the inconvenience.
The adjustments I needed for my night guard took less than 15 minutes. I would absolutely not return or recommend any healthcare professional with this lack of consideration for their patients' time.

What an amazing dentist and staff. Was here from out of state had an emergency situation, they got me in right away, gave me a temporary solution and set me up with another dentist in the area I was traveling to in case I had any further issues.

Awesome staff and doctor. Very up to date on equipment. The only bad thing is if you dont pay your bill on time you dont get to go there anymore, even if you pay it down the road. Sad!
