I've had two implants done here and both went extremely quickly, smooth and painless. I couldn't ask for more staff. It's very friendly. Punctual. See bad reviews but I can't say that's been my experience. He's actually pretty funny too. But I'd been to other doctors and he does things in 10 minutes that take other dentists an hour. He's thorough, accurate and quick. I actually fly there out of state to go there as a matter of fact.
A dentist referred him because he uses top quality materials for the implant as well. So once you're done, it's for life life

Went to Dr Saunders many year ago and he was amazing from beginning to end for my wisdom teeth removal. Then needed a consult just for a 3D view of my teeth because a cyst was found in my mandible. They wasted 45 minutes of time to let me know he doesn’t take my health insurance and to reschedule with a different doctor in the office. For a return patient who was once very satisfied is glad to state they are not an office of professional practice.

My dentist and GP suggested I get a biopsy on a mouth ulcer after many weeks of treatment without improvement. I went to see Dr. Peracchio. He said “ I don’t know why your drs would send you to me. I don’t do biopsies on ulcers. It won’t show anything. He also said “ You only have one ulcer left so it looks like the medication is working. You should be happy “. I said “ I am happy but I’m afraid they will come back. He said. “ I DONT TREAT AFRAID. THERE ARE OTHER DRS WHO DO THAT”.
I burst into tears and walked out. What a rude , uncaring , disrespectful, human.

Literally told my friend to "get a grip" when she had a panic attack due to an unknown lesion in her mouth that had been spreading for days. He needs to lose his medical license. We are reporting him to the board of health as that is absolutely ridiculous and not professional in the least. Remember even D+ doctors graduate. Do not go here.
