Davids honesty is amazing he will give options for different ways of paying and what can be covered with insurance. First dentist that was honest and loved his honesty. Gave me options that no other dentist has ever done. You rock Mr. David and my first experience at the dentist was by far better than any other visits I've ever visited. Mr. David took the time to bring different options and explained what was the best one to choose. Thank Mr. David esraeli.

Great place, the staff is nice and supportive, which makes the place less traumatizing due to the nature of what’s happening sometimes, in my Case some fillings and root canal, not only the staff made this procedures easy to go through, but Dr Israeli was very professional and did an amazing job.

If I could give a ZERO I would. I needed a tooth extraction so I went there. Everything started very nicely. I asked for a small needle and extra numbness and was accommodated. She (don't know her name) started very gently giving anesthesia and after a while everything was numb. Then she started an extraction. She spent a lot of time doing it, I don't know if she has no experience or what but I did not mind as long as it didn't hurt. I don't know why they just did not drill it out. I had extractions before and if the tooth did not cooperate it was drilled out. So she called David.

That is where NIGHTMARE started.

First of all it felt like he was in the rush. I think he was trying to prove his superiority to others. So he tried to apply more force than her and even after so many injections I started to get a lot of pain. Before the procedure I was told if I am in a lot of pain just to raise my left hand. So I did. It was ignored.
So I told them. David took another syringe and shoved it so deep that I lost it. I think he went in all the way to the bone. After he finally finished right there and then I was already thinking NEVER to come back.

But that is not all. So after the operation I was given Ibuprofen. I said I can't take it. So they substituted for Tylenol. Fine. So I go upfront and they give me a subscription of the antibiotic and Ibuprofen. I don't notice that and drive straight to Kaiser pharmacy where they showed me that is Ibuprofen. I call the dentist to get this idiot receptionist and she says that I need to come back to get another prescription of extra strength of Tylenol. For some reason they are incapable to send prescription electronically like everyone else does.
So I go back and get a new prescription. I go back to Kaiser which is 5 miles away and it is a rush traffic time now and being told that it is not a prescription but a regular extra strength that I can just buy over the counter. So I did. I was in too much pain to argue at that point.
Two weeks later I go back to get stitches removed. They remove stitches without any kind of anesthesia so it hurts because the area is still tender. Not even the swab they give before injection.
So I go back upfront and tell the stupid receptionist telling her that what I was given is not a prescription strength and just over the counter I can buy at any pharmacy. She insists that I am wrong and she knows more than a pharmacist at Kaiser.

Obviously, I am calling my insurance and making a complaint about this place and changing my dentist.
I can't deal with a dentist that is acting like a torturer and stupid staff.

He extracted three of my wisdom teeth. 48 hours post-op and felt little to almost no pain! He answered all 100 of my questions and made sure I was completely numb before he started. He was very patient with me and very gentle! Loved him !

This was a delightful dental visit! I have been going to the same dentist for the past 6 years and with my new insurance, I needed to find a new dentist.
Setting up the appointment with Ana-Liza was super easy.
Dr. Rivas was communicative and thorough in my check-up and cleaning!
Dr. Esraeli even stopped by to check-in and say "Hi" during my visit, that was really nice 🙂
Finally, Denise did a stellar job on my whitening session!!! I was well informed on the process and my teeth look great!
