Very comfortable space and tremendously friendly staff. Definitely did not feel like I was walking into a normal dentist office/waiting room. They had a very homey feel and Shannon at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. I had many questions on my procedure and insurance coverage (as is was a new policy). Shannon was extremely knowledgable and answered all of my questions, really reassuring me! Then when it was time for my service Dr. Smith made me again feel very comfortable and took great care of me! Very gentle and asking questions as she went to make sure I was comfortable and happy! Many times I find that Dr.'s can be super tough on my gums and I'm too shy to ask them to go more gentle. Definitely not the case with Dr. Smith, plus she has fun light banter. I felt like I was just hanging out! Can't wait to go back.

The office is not transparent with their billing practice. I was told that a sedative was being given to me for free to calm my nerves for the procedure, so I took it even though from past experience with another dentist, I knew it didn't work for me. After all, I was told it was free. The tiny little sedative would have cost me $302 otherwise. After the procedure, I was asked to pay over $2,000. I found out later that the $302 little pill was part of the charges. The information that was withheld from me, and I definitely would have refused the pill had I known, was that the pill was free only under certain condition. The pill was supposed to be free only if the insurance doesn't cover part of the procedure. But because the procedure was partially covered, then I was charged for the pill. By then it was too late for me to cough up the pill and give it back to them. This is not an honorable way to get your clients to pay more. For an underhanded maneuver like that, they deserve zero star, but that rating is not even allowed. I was supposed to get a second implant, but after I realized I had been conned, I moved elsewhere.

I'm not going to say I love going to get my teeth worked on, but they have done wonders working with my anxiety. Usually I need to be knocked out for almost everything, but Dr. Graham has been able to go so far as removing a tooth without me requiring sedation. Her chair side manner is nothing short of amazing. They do offer sedation, which I required while having two wisdom teeth extracted. I didn't feel a thing during the procedure and recovery went very smooth.

The office staff is friendly and they genuinely seem happy to help and answer any question or concerns you have. They offer the option for SMS appointment reminders, so you get a text message before you're scheduled. You can then reply in the positive or negative on your attendance.

Yesterday, I had an extensive surgery with Dr Graham. Gum transplant, Crown lengthening, and a fibroma removed from my tongue. I expected to be uncomfortable during the procedures and also expected to be in bed today icing and taking pain pills today. None of that is true. The procedures were were surprisingly easy and today I am at my desk working and not taking any pain pills at all! Also, the results look great! Just wanted to share that I think that Dr Graham is terrific, both personally and professionally, and her staff are sensational!

She does not oversell treatment and provides options which are consistent with your current issues. I would not go to anyone else for my periodontal treatment and highly recommend her for your Periodontal needs.
