Very unprofessional. I had an appointment at 8:30 in the morning and I was waiting at the door but there was no one in the office. I rang the bell several times and called the number, but no one was there to take my appointment as scheduled. After waiting for 20 minutes outside in the freezing cold I left

Die Zahnreinigung war okey. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass sie gründlicher hätte sein können. Die gesamte Praxis wirkte sehr in die Jahre gekommen und chaotisch. Ich hatte einen Termin bei Frau Gourari gebucht. Diese war jedoch einfach nicht da, weshalb auch die Kontrolle von dem Arzthelfer durchgeführt wurde. Das fand ich persönlich sehr suspekt.

Termin für Kontrolle und Zahnreinigung ausgemacht. Ärztin nicht da, also keine Kontrolle. Zahnreinigung habe ich nicht machen lassen, da alles sehr runtergewirtschaftet aussieht. Hygiene in der Vorbereitung zur PZR nicht gut.

Ihre einfühlsame Herangehensweise und die Kompetenz ihres Assistenten haben mich beruhigt und das Vertrauen gestärkt. Ich bin außerordentlich dankbar dafür, dass sie die Fehler korrigiert haben, die ein anderer Zahnarzt hinterlassen hat, insbesondere in Bezug auf meinen Weisheitszahn, der nicht gezogen werden musste. Titel: Hervorragende Behandlung in dringender Situation

Wir hatte das außergewöhnliche Vergnügen, von Frau Dr. Dent El Gourari behandelt zu werden, als meine Frau dringend zahnärztliche Hilfe benötigte, obwohl es bereits spät in der Nacht war und sie keinen Notdienst hatte. Trotz der ungewöhnlichen Uhrzeit empfing sie uns mit einem warmen Lächeln und widmete sich meiner Frau um 22:44 Uhr mit außerordentlicher Sorgfalt und Professionalität.

Frau Dr. Dent El Gourari zeigte sich äußerst ruhig und einfühlsam, während sie uns den Behandlungsablauf erklärte, was uns ein Gefühl der Sicherheit vermittelte. Ihre Fähigkeit, komplexe medizinische Konzepte verständlich zu kommunizieren, verdient besondere Anerkennung.

Die Behandlung selbst war von höchster Qualität. Frau Dr. Dent El Gourari arbeitete mit Präzision und Effizienz, was zu herausragenden Ergebnissen führte. Ihre ruhige und beruhigende Art half meiner Frau, sich während des gesamten Eingriffs wohl zu fühlen.

Wir sind mit unserer fast jährigen Tochter nun fast seit einem Jahr bei der Frau Dr. G..
Wir sind mach wie vor total begeistert von ihr und ihrem Team und sehr dankbar für ihren fürsorglichen und lieben Umgang mit unserem Kind. Wir haben vor ihr schon mehrere sogenannte "Milchzahnärzte" probiert, jedoch dort die Flucht ergriffen..

Sie nimmt sich viel Zeit für Kinder und geht auf sie ein. Frau G. Ist absolut empfehlenswert.
