I've been going to Dr. Firoz for a while now, and every visit has been fantastic. They are incredibly professional and always provide excellent service. I've had routine checkups, cleanings, and fillings done here, and everything has been smooth and comfortable. Several family members have switched to Dr. Firoz's practice after my recommendation, and we're all very happy patients. It's a welcome change from my previous dentist who seemed to exaggerate problems. Dr. Firoz is honest, thorough, and makes dental care a much more positive experience. Highly recommended!

They greeted me in a vague way. They made me an appointment then 3 days later I was told that my insurance was not going to pay for the expensive metal for a crown. I feel they aren't professional and possibly discriminatory. Meaning that I was feeling belittled and if I hadn't call your office I would have been deceived. Plus you came to the room quickly and left quickly without any words or advice or possible arrangements. Besides your office hung up the phone on me. You may appear professional but your body language and attitude are a turn off. Furthermore, my appearance (some dreadlocks) almost certainly seemed to have caused the tendency to discriminate based on my epiderm? Good luck

He is very good dentist. Works quick and does excellent job. I have brought my mom and kids here too. No pain after or during at all. 5 Stars!!

When I scheduled my appointment with Family Dental Care, I clarified over the phone that they take my dental insurance precisely three times. I literally said these exact words, “I just want to double check to ensure that I am actually insured because it is a long drive for me to get to your office,” to which they replied something along the lines of, “don’t worry, we do take your insurance.” I wanted to clarify because I thought I remembered something about my job changing plans last year (I am behind on dentist appointments). I arrive and after half an hour of waiting and filling out forms (using the exact same info I gave over the phone) I find out that they stopped accepting my insurance over a year ago… I changed my schedule to fit in this appointment and found out that I directly wasted at least 2.5 hours of my time. I remember getting off the phone when I scheduled the appointment and wondering if I should clarify more strongly… but I thought asking a fourth time would be overkill.

I can’t say anything about their actual operation because I never got past the front desk.

I had gone to several dentists. I have MediCal and so every dental office I went to only quoted me for work (in the thousands) my insurance doesn't cover for a tooth with a hole in it. Not only did they take me right away, they were fast, fixed my tooth that day, now I can eat on that side again and sensitivity on that tooth gone, but also I am very afraid of getting dental work I usually have to go a few times and take medication but here it all happened same day, no fear, no pain, they were amazing! Also normally I dread x-rays, not here, not at all. She was so fast and gentle and my daughter loves it here too!
