I’ve gone to Dr. Lewis for 30+ years and every experience has been great until now. I broke a tooth yesterday the nerves are exposed and I have alot of sensitivity and pain. I called the office to be seen and was told by the receptionist that there was no way I could be worked into the schedule anytime in the near future and that I would have to figure it out on my own. The receptionist was quite rude and was annoyed that I would even call and ask to be seen for an emergency tooth issue. In the past if I had an emergent problem the staff was kind and worked to fit me in. I’m not sure if this is receptionist issue or an issue with the practice as a whole. I’ve had to find a new dentist now after 30+ years because they no longer show care or concern for their patients well being.

Top notch all the way around!

The hygienist, Tiffany, and the dentist, Dr. Lewis, both made me feel VERY comfortable as a patient! They were very accommodating and made the atmosphere calm, pleasant, and lighthearted.

Zero sales pressure unlike I've seen from other dental practices. They just want to take good care of their patients.

I will happily recommend this location to anyone needing to find a dentist.

I've gone to Dr Lewis for years and have always been very satisfied with the care he and his staff give for my dental health. My husband recently went and needless to say was very nervous because of past dental visits with other dentists, but I reassured him he would be well taken care of, and he was. He had to have 2 teeth pulled and said he didn't even feel it. He was very impressed. So THANK YOU Dr. Lewis and your staff for the courteous, great care we receive from you.

Dr. Lewis is a phenomenal dentist. When I first met him it was obvious that I was going to be a dental challenge. After another local dentist made a mess of my mouth, I was reluctant to put my trust in any dentist. However, he and his staff made me feel comfortable and confident that I had chosen the perfect dentist for me.

If you want a dentist who knows what they are doing, a relaxing atmosphere and a staff that will treat you like family. Then Dr. Lewis is the dentist for you!

Dr. Lewis and staff are always willing to listen and be patient with my boys. When I call in an emergency he is calm, patient, and willing to do whatever he needs to,no matter what the hour is or the problem. We are fortunate to have a kind and passionate doctor like him in our area.

Dr Gary Lewis has been my dentist since I arrived here in Moundsville from Minnesota in 1979. My teeth are in very good condition, and I give all credit to Dr Lewis for his great care of my teeth.

I would definitely recommend Dr Lewis to anyone. He did a great job and often asked if I was okay during my procedure. I also didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room. Staff was friendly !
