Had the most amazing experience here with my 3 kids today! The receptionist was so friendly when I walked in and my kids were so excited just from seeing the lobby. This was our first time here and my kids were playing with the toys and little video games. When we went to our room, all 3 of my kids were seen in the same room and Natalie did an amazing job with all of my kids. When the Dr came back, she was so kind and friendly and you can tell she seriously loves her patients and the kids that come through the door she was just chatting with my kiddos and making them feel super comfortable in her care. Everyone was gentle and kind and really informative. I can’t see myself taking my kids anywhere else !

I’ve been coming to Doctor Heidi for almost 4 yrs, she’s a really good pediatric dentist and has treated my daughter with patience and care. She deals with kids the whole day and I understand that sometimes she can be overwhelmed but she manages to do her job adequately, her assistant is so sweet and my child feels very comfortable with her also. Everyone in the office is nice and professional. Dr. Heidi is straight up and to the point, she cares for her patients and wants the best.

Dr. Heidi is a kind, compassionate, and gentle woman. I have never felt so comfortable with a dentist, especially one that is about to work on my children. The staff (ALL STAFF) is fantastic! They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door and they were ALL fantastic with my children! They made my kids feel extremely important and made sure they were never in any pain. I have visited the Palmdale office and the office is CLEAN and GORGEOUS! The walls are beautiful painted and the decor is awesome. They have tv’s(2 for kids 1 for adults 😃) video games, toys, and more. I cannot say enough about how fabulous Dr. Heidi and all the staff are! I WILL recommend this practice to everyone I know that has children!

I was very pleased with the treatment my kids got at this office in Palmdale they had been traumatized by other dentist experience they had in the past my daughter had some work to get done and she was so happy because she was treated like a true princess like she says thank you Dr. Heidi and staff for doing what you do with pride. I will definitely be recommending your office to everyone

Had a bad experience with her she was kinda rude and disrespectful told me that parents ( meaning me) think they know everything when she was done doing my sons work she dropped her tools on the table an left my sons mouth pried open and strapped to a restraint bored and told me to basically find somewhere else to take him because she's not seeing him anymore and walked out because he was crying and her assistant sat there an tried to have a conversation with me while my son was choking on his own spit then when I said something an started to help him she said oh hes fine hes fine and got annoyed at the fact I took him off the restraint bored I 10000% do not recommend this place I should of listened to the other negative reviews an went else where now my son is traumatized from all this thank you Dr heidi.

I wish I could give 0 stars. At our sons first appointment, my spouse was asked several times if my son had autism. Mind you my son is not autistic, he does have anxiety at dental offices.

If you can't handle this type of patient, don't have them come back. The Dr seemed annoyed and didn't even come in the room to answer questions I had about my sons condition. She could however charge me a cancelation fee for an appointment I showed up to. I am extremely disappointed. Please do better.

I came here with I was 11 and while strapped down onto the chair, Heidi’s brother ( a worker there) pushed down on my forehead hard with his thumb causing a lot of pain and unnecessary stress I never came back after that.parents aren't allowed in the rooms either so I wasn't able to get help until after. Based off of personal experience I don’t recommend coming to this place if you have kids.
