I had a fantastic experience at Dr JAW’s. From the very first consultation, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Dr. Robison took the time to explain my treatment options in detail, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way.

The office is always clean, and I never had to wait long for my appointments. The team is efficient, and I always felt like a priority. I’m really happy with the results of my braces treatment — my smile has never looked better!

Today was my last day 8/13/2024, I can honestly say I enjoyed my time here at Dr Jaws , the staff was incredible! Even tho my last visit was interesting, there was no greeting or anything, the customer service is usually spectacular but not today it was 2 different ladies working this day and it just wasn’t professional but I won’t let that effect my overall experience , Thanks Dr Jaws for everything !!!! You guys are the best !!!!!!!!!!!

Long story short, my daughter started her treatment at Dr. Jaw Orthodontics nearly two years ago. Before today, our experience with the staff had been generally okay. However, over the past year, there have been continuous issues with my ex's insurance, which were not brought up until fairly recently. Each time the office called us about this, we had to make calls to resolve the matter with the insurance, who, by the way, was on a three-way call with the finance manager when it was said the issue was resolved.

Despite reassurances from the insurance, the finance manager at Dr. Jaw's office expressed frustration in the past, even saying she was "tired of this" and placing the blame on us, basically making us do all the phone calls because she was tired of the situation. I have never had to contact an insurance company to handle such matters before; typically, the office staff responsible for account management would handle these calls.

The most concerning incident happened this morning. I was brought into the lobby, where the staff discussed our account loudly in front of other patients instead of taking me to a private room. I have seen them take people to the back to discuss finances in the past, but I was not given this consideration. Perhaps it is because of my ethnicity, but regardless, this public confrontation was unprofessional and embarrassing.

I believe clear and respectful communication is crucial, especially in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing and stressful.

I constantly have to go back to get things adjusted and repaired.
I'm really tired of the mistakes.
One girl said turn the expanders a certain way and it was the WRONG direction TWICE I was told to turn it that way and I thought it was getting stuck to a point I wasn't able to move it. Because I had loosen it up and I decided to turn it the other direction and my child said he felt pressure so I started turning it the opposite direction I was told to do.
When my child got a wire put on they did NOT banded it because only two hours later it was completely hanging out on one side NO WAY was wax going to hold it down. I felt so bad my kid was having to deal with that until we could get it fixed. I used floss to tie down the wire but it was not enough. When we got to the offices I asked the person repairing the wire why the wire was not banded down she said it might be from my child not brushing correctly but they put EXCELLENT hygiene. When done I asked my child to show me his teeth and they BANDED the wire down.
The wire does not seem to be held down enough because we still had a loose wire and had to make another trip to get it repaired. And we don't live close by.

I chose this location because I thought I was paying for great services now I'm constantly questioning my decision for going with this orthodontist.

We’ve been with Dr. Jaw Oro Valley for about 3.5 years between both of my sons. The staff has been very personable and thorough in explaining things to us along both of their ortho journeys. We have had a very positive experience and two sets of beautiful, straight teeth to prove it!

My grandson was treated with such care and efficiency at Dr. Jaw Orthodontists. He was a little nervous at first but Dr. Robison and assistant, Julie put his mind at ease! He is so excited to start the process of getting his teeth straight! We are so happy with the entire office! From the first interaction we knew he was in good hands!
