I'm the past I have been very fearful of the dentist office. But Dr. Stein and everyone else from the front desk to the hygienists are so kind and understanding and have helped me so much. Dr. Stein is so calm, friendly and confident it really makes a huge difference, plus any work I get done is always painless and over before I know it. Highly recommend!!!!

Dr. Stein is the absolute BEST!! He’s kind, trustworthy, & knows his stuff!! He has been my dentist since I was in grade school (I’m now 35 y/o). All staff are friendly, informative, & efficient. On 1/15/25 I had my routine cleaning at Dr. Steins office in Lancaster. My dental hygienist was Nancy and has been for years. I wouldn’t have it any other way. The front office staff is polite and kind. Dr. Stein is the best!

After my regular dentist retired I was looking for another dentist and Dr stein was referred by my oral surgeon so I thought I would try him out,
My first impression was good I had an appointment and after checking in I was seen within 5 min which was a great surprise as usually I have to wait 30 or more minutes at most other places then I was pleasantly surprised at how happy and friendly and helpful the staff was customer service is not dead here, then the Doctor was gentle and explained everything he was going to do so there was no surprises, I like that.
In my next visit I was met with the same happy and friendly staff and once again I was seen within five minutes of my appointment time the doctor made sure I was comfortable before he started working on my teeth and frequently check to make sure that I was comfortable and pain-free as much as possible. I highly recommend. dr. Stein for anyone looking for a good family dentist
