ive known you almost all my life and im gonna miss you! i left from my home because my dad pass away[] probably some time this week or next mouth. yup Dr.Gifford you done a great job on my teeth thank you!. i got a letter: final dental appointment right? after that i can go back when ever i need to. i remember you said to come back in 6 months. im in Phoenix right now. i have a question to ask you when was my last dental appointment?. i for got! i lost myself for awhile because of my father is death. see you next timeill be okay April 28, 2023
