I saw a very young dentist, not sure of his name, it wasn’t Dr Baek. I needed a simple filling on a back molar. Somehow, he nicked the gumline, which I discovered after the Novocain wore off. I can’t chew without getting food stuck in the tooth and I can’t get dental floss through it. The cut on my gumline got infected and I’ve been dealing with it for 2 months. It was just a simple filling! I need 2 crowns replaced but I’ll find another dentist.

This doctor is just the kindest, gentlest dentist you could hope to encounter if you're wary, anxious - or, OK, flat-out terrified of dental work, as I was. He's the one you want to see.

He has a wonderful bedside manner, chatting and joking with you and letting you know what he's doing - right up until the point where it would actually freak you out if you knew precisely what was happening! This is a wonderful strategy.

His office staff is kind, caring, and efficient, and wait times both for scheduling and when you show up are incredibly reasonable. I can't recommend this dentist enough!

Dr. Baek, Dr. Andrew, and all of the staff at this place are amazing. I am disabled and I know it takes them way longer to deal with me for my appointments than most other patients. Yet they are always patient and thoughtful. I recently moved to the area so I needed to find a dentist and I feel really lucky that I found this place!

Forced me to have a filling replaced that I probably didn’t need to replace. Caused nerve damage. Didn’t help me. Told me to “wait” and the pain when I chew would go away. Nearly a year later, no help no follow up on an actual referral -just “call UCLA or Loma Linda”. Every time I eat I’m in pain. Zero care or help. Stopped seeing me.
