There are many orthodontists in this area and our friends recommended Dr. Low to us. I’m glad we picked Dr. Low as our daughter’s orthodontist. She’s very nice, clear and experienced. Very easy to communicate. My daughter worked with her very well and she just took off her braces two weeks ago. The whole process took a little more than a year and was very smooth. My daughter is very happy with her beautiful teeth right now. Also, the staffs there are very kind and caring and we always felt welcomed. Highly recommend!

My son had Phase I orthodontic work with Dr. Low. She is excellent at her job and her staff are wonderful. Everyone is sweet and we never had to wait long for our appointments. She allows people to call her cell phone if there is any emergency which helped us greatly during this whole process. My son got his braces off today and they provided pictures and gave us sparkling apple cider to celebrate. I highly recommend Dr. Low for any orthodontic work!

Dr. Low is one the kindest and most thorough doctors I’ve met! I really trust her with my teeth and would come again if I have to. It was a joy to meet her and loved my entire experience. So many orthodontist in the area that you can choose from. They all straighten teeth whats the big deal who you choose, choose the cheapest…. WRONG! Dr Low is truly the best Orthodontist hands down. The smile she creates WOW! She is caring, detailed in her work and in her treat plan. She will take the time to explain every detail with you and answer questions you have. Most offices are so fast paced you don’t get that one on one attention. You feel like a number and not a patient. Thank you Dr Low and her Amazing staff Sandra, Regina and Susan the insurance lady for all your hard work!

Our family has been with Dr. Low and Dr. Hikido for about 25 years. I have referred many to both of their practices.
Apart from Dr. Low being brilliant and efficient, she is relatable to all age groups, humble, has a heart of gold and has good ole fashioned common sense. Both kids and myself have been fitted for braces by her; now the kids as adults are still seeing her in follow up.
Dr. Marty Hikido (dentistry) is also incredibly kind and is very seasoned. His anesthesia technique is superior. He usually goes on at least one mission trip a year to perform dentistry for free in a 3rd world nation- quietly and humbly.
The staff for both doctors are incredibly astute. Susan has been with Dr. Hikido for as long as I can remember. She keeps the office running smoothly, and teaches the others that come on board. She’s an amazingly helpful and efficient person. Dr Low’s staff remembers patients by name, and are skilled with orthodontic technique.
Didn’t realize this review was so long. Bottom line- incredible orthodontist and dentistry team. You will feel cared for, and your teeth will look - and be - amazing!

She is the rare kind of medical professional that genuinely cares about the patient's well-being over profits.
