I took my son to get all four of his wisdom teeth removed last Friday . Dr. Tillner did an excellent job no complications. My son was nervous but they made him feel at ease . All the staff is exceptionally nice and friendly. I’m am very happy with their service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you Dr. Tillner and staff ☺️

This was my 1st time meeting Dr. Tillman, Ingrid, and Staff. This was my 1st time having a tooth extracted. I was referred by my Dentist Dr. Yuri Kaneda and made the phone call to set up a visit, consultation and tooth extraction. I was sent a link and filled out the required form and included an attachment which was my referral. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist and filled out a one page form - very simple. There was a question about X-Rays and glad I mentioned I had one and it was forwarded. They verified, didn’t see anything and called my dentist, minutes later the X-Ray was sent over. Wait time was very minimal, I wouldn’t even call it a wait time…excellent care, amazing staff. Ingrid assisted me and answered all my questions. Insurance coverages were explained and easy to understand. Thank you for taking the time to explain my options and I was able to make an informed decision. Dr. Tillman you are amazing! Thank you for your care and explaining the process - I appreciate your time and everything smoothly. For any readers - look no further! You will be well cared for 🙏. My grandson had his four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Tillner, this morning. From the initial consultation to the procedure appointment, Dr. Tillner and everyone in his office was exceptionally patient and kind. Everyone took the time to clearly explain the pertinent details and to fully answer our questions. No one was ever rushed, creating a calm, relaxed atmosphere. My grandson indicates that Dr. Tillner kept the mood very light while preparing for the extractions and there was zero discomfort throughout. Clearly, Dr. Tillner is a skilled surgeon. It only took about 45 minutes from the time we arrived for the extraction appointment to the time we left. Arriving home, my grandson napped for a few hours, then bounced back into his typical routine. We could not be happier with Dr. Tillner and his staff!

Horrible experience. I went in for a consultation. I waited in the lobby for about 45 minutes to be seen all so he can talk to me for less than 5 minutes about how much this procedure would cost… I was charged for almost $200 for this pointless consultation. Keep in mind I called before hand to ask about any out of pocket expenses and the ADMIN WITH NO BRAINCELLS mentioned I had $0 OUT OF POCKET expenses! I call a year later to schedule my wisdom teeth and they mentioned I would need another consultation that is pointless in order to get them removed meanwhile I just recently took a updated panoramic x ray a few days ago with my dentist which can be looked at for any updated teeth shifting.

As an anesthesiologist, I see a lot of surgeries. I see surgeons who are good at their job, and I see others who are not as proficient. Dr. Tillner, without a doubt, falls into the first group. He cares for his patients and is an excellent surgeon. When I found out that my 11 year old son needed surgery, I knew exactly who I would be taking him to for care. I highly recommend Dr. Tillner if you, or a family member, is in search for a high quality oral surgeon.

Overall, I had a very good experience getting my wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Tillner a little over a year ago. 5 stars for the procedure itself and recovery process which I was nervous about. I followed the care instructions and was eating within a week and was very happy about that.

I docked a star due to the consultation and how payment/cost was handled. The consultation itself cost over $100 and the staff doing the consultation/scheduling gave attitude when I asked further questions about cost & availability. They provided an estimated cost of $500+ to be paid the day of the procedure. They called on the procedure day saying the cost may go up, but that insurance always approves it with explanation. This made me feel uneasy, but due to already paying for the consult and their appointments being booked up months out, I went through with it and paid the quoted amount that day. I asked again at the office and they said they've done it a ton of times and that insurance will approve.

Months later, I get a bill for over $2000. I go back and forth with both dental & medical insurance and find out that they provided a pre-estimate with the $2000 that the office never gave me. General anesthesia is not covered by insurance and this office did not give me an option to NOT go under anesthesia. I would not have agreed to the procedure if I knew it was over $2000 and would have gone to one without general anesthesia.

I didn't dock more stars because the office did try to submit appeals. I didn't hear back so I thought it was sorted out. A YEAR later, I receive a bill for nearly $1000 saying I'm over 120 days overdue and then a month later get a phone call saying I'm going to collections. What? I just paid it to end this headache but unfortunately, I will not recommend this office to my husband who is next to get his wisdom teeth out due to their misleading billing practices.

Dr. Tillner was wonderful and made me feel super comfortable when getting my wisdom teeth pulled out. I’m terrified of needles and it was my first time being put under anesthesia and he made it a very smooth experience. 11/10 recommend!

I had a great experience at Dr. Tillner’s office. He took out my wisdom teeth and my healing process was so much better than I thought. I didn’t have much bleeding and the pain was very minimal.
