Horrible!! Called my dentist immediately saying that I would never go back there and needed another referral to someone else ASAP! Would never let him work on my teeth! The one thing I do regret is calling him a jerk to his face right before I left.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I've been in the medical field for 30 years and I WOULD NEVER speak to a patient the way they spoke to me. Then to say Dr Suffridge is here listening, which means he heard her speak to me like that. Wow. Is all I can say. Wow. Will never go back.

This was honestly worse than I could have ever imagined. I have never encountered somebody in a medical profession with such horrifying bed side manner. This man tried to get information about if I had trauma to my mouth in which I said multiple times that I had none that I could recall but he said I clearly had something happen. I had been referred here from my regular dentist for a possible root canal. When he was trying to exam my gums I pulled back because it hurt, as I feel anybody would. He put the tool down and said that since I won’t let him examine my mouth, he will just have to go off of what I can tell him verbally. Except they just took a $60 3D image of my teeth, so maybe he should have been able to go off of that as well He then told me that I am likely going to lose my tooth. When I started getting upset (tearing up) he offered no sympathies, nothing in any sense whatsoever to offer comfort. He basically man-splained to me for 15 minutes how my tooth is in awful shape and I should do everything I can to save it (well that seems like common sense). After he has told me that I am likely to lose my tooth, he says that it could just be a gum issue and he is going to refer me to a periodontist. I feel like he lacks the ability to offer decent bed side manner, and if he does have it in him to show good bed side manner he doesn’t have the social skills to know when to use it. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to be seen by Dr. Suffridge. Upon reading other reviews, it seems this is a commonality and I feel sorry for the patients he has to see with his callous attitude. Although he has been certified in endodontics since 2005, I’m sure I can find somebody with the same skill level (if not better) that makes you feel like a person while you are in their care. Good luck to anybody that has to get care by this so called Doctor of Dental Surgery.

Dr Suffridge and staff are awesome. As a retired teacher, I have had to put off my Dental care to care for my children. Dr
Suffridge has help me try and catch up on my Dental health. He is so skilled, and has been a Blessing to me as I restore my Smile, and self esteem. Thank you Dr Suffridge. ❤️

Dr. Suffridge and his entire staff were the best. During my root canal, he kept me informed of what he was doing and would ask if I was doing okay. I would highly recommend Dr. Suffridge!

The rudest Doctor of any discipline I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. Two replacement fillings needed evaluation as to why it hurt upon biting. The technician was kind and had to do the cold test which caused pain. The tech then did the bite test to see if the problem area could be identified. I had already been to my dentist three times for adjustments and evaluations. A couple of the exams hurt like crazy so I was already nervous. I bit slowly to avoid sharp searing pain. Then Dr. Suffrage comes in and starts to do the same bite test. I again bite slow and backed off as soon as it became uncomfortable. I told him I could try and bite a little harder to help identify the problem. I wasn’t rude or whiny. He lost it! He said that if I wasn’t going to follow instructions then he couldn’t evaluate me. He needed to evaluate me in order to do his job and figure out where the problem was. Then continued on his rant (all loud and very obnoxious) that he had better things to do and he could be using his time doing other things. He repeated some of the things several times. He was clearly agitated and waving his arms, etc. I was shocked and stunned. I had already made it through majority of appointment and didn’t want to wait on another referral and evaluation for elsewhere. His opinion was he didn’t see anything wrong and he listed a couple options but thought it was something else other than the tooth or filling. Either tmj or neurological issues with past teeth (other side of mouth and lower jar-not upper). Well, it didn’t hurt until the broken filings were repaired. That tells me it is the teeth. Don’t go to this guy unless you want to be yelled at for offering to bite harder to help identify the area. Newsflash, I think I had better ways to spend my time as well. As for following instructions, you said to bite which I did. You never said how hard or fast. Be a little more clear with what you are doing, what the patient can expect, etc. and maybe people would respond to you better. Your technician could do it. Also, you deal with nerve pain, I can’t be the only patient who was scared of doing something they knew was going to hurt like heck. You made a bad situation so much worse. I will have a hard time going to any type of dentist in future thanks to this experience. Even after you treated me like that, I listened to your opinion, thanked you and settled up with the front desk. If I could control my emotions and be as cooperative as I could be, maybe you can be a little more humble and kind.
