It took me a whole lifetime to get veneers and when I finally did, my only regret was not getting them done sooner! I’m so happy I went with the best/most top tier cosmetic dentist there is! Dr. Ghiam completely changed my life and I will be forever grateful to him and his amazing staff. A year ago, I had a virtual consultation with Dr. Ghiam. I expressed my needs for wanting to have veneers done. He told me explicitly that he doesn’t think I need veneers and that I shouldn’t waste money doing an unnecessary procedure. He advised me to instead get some braces and whiten my teeth if I were that concerned. He even went as far as to say, if I were his family, he wouldn’t have recommended veneers for me. I think Dr. Ghiam is an ethical and good person. So many dentists and surgeons prey on people’s insecurities and give them unnecessary procedures just to make money. I wish more people would say “NO” like Dr. Ghiam.
I also, never got veneers, nor braces. Just teeth whitening. 🙂
